The good teams seem to score most of their points in the final quarter.
Also says in 11,12 and 13 seasons Trinh Duc had more try assists than anyone else. Why oh why dont France select him?

Some very interesting figures there. The periods of games where tries are scored is very curious.
From a Pro12 perspective the quarters when tries are scored suggests;
Ospreys start the second half strong. (10-9-17-11) = Could this suggest that the bench isn't strong to turn a game late on? Also coach talk and tactical changes at half time could be a factor in getting a bump in production at the start of the second half.
Leinster both start and end games very strong.(11-6-8-19) = I'd suggest that Leinster have a strength in depth and possibly better fitness levels than their opposition for late in games. They start strong as well to try and control a high tempo game.
Munster provide steady pressure which builds throughout a game (7-10-10-14) = Shows good consistency from Munster, they are always a threat, must have decent bench replacements and grow in performance as the game goes on.
Ulster will break through in the first half of games (8-12-6-8) = Do Ulster look to kill games off in the first half? That might suggest a team that then rides out that lead for most second halves of matches, especially at home where the Ravenhill factor and atmosphere can put them in control early.

MORE THAN HALF of glasgow's small tries conceded count comes from wingers. Committing too many to the breakdown on their line? Or just S Lamont being too slow haha

I suspect Matawalu's "unorthodox" positioning sense probably has something to do with that!
