TNA Tag Team Championship Match
The BroMans (c) vs. The Wolves
This is a no disqualification match, as well as being a 3-on-2 handicap match. Robbie E kicks off the match (literally) by trying to kick Davey Richards over and over again. Davey no-sells the kicks, and everyone laughs at his attempt. Zema hits Eddie from behind with their laptop, and now the champs and their DJ are in control. The heels toss Edwards into their corner and triple team dropkick him.
The heels continue to work over Eddie, triple teaming him until Davey goes after him. Edwards tries to make a tag, but of course Richards isn't there, as he's now getting beaten down by the BroMans outside the ring. Eddie hits a hurricanrana on both the BroMans, then kicks Zema in the head. Hot tag made to Davey Richards, who springboard kicks Jessie Godderz.
Ion tries to use the laptop again, but accidentally takes out Robbie E in the process. The Wolves hit Robbie with a powerbomb/backbreaker combo, then head to the top rope for the double stop combo on Jessie for the 1-2-3.
Winners: The Wolves (New Champions!)
-Video package for Anderson's feud with Sam Shaw.
Samuel Shaw vs. Mr. Anderson
Shaw tries to avoid getting the match started, so Anderson goes to the outside and beats the hell out of him. They roll back into the ring and Ken goes on the attack in the corner, prior to flipping Shaw out of the ring with a big back body drop. Christy Hemme strolls down to ringside, because safety first.
On the outside, Anderson goes for the Mic Check, but Shaw locks in a cobra sleeper to reverse it. After about a minute in the hold, Anderson falls to the ground, apparently knocked out. Of course, Christy goes to check on Ken, and Sam gets a hold of her, dragging her back into the ring. Hemme slaps him across the face, which he likes. She escapes from the ring in time, and runs up the entrance ramp, as Shaw turns around into a big clothesline from his opponent.
The two start fighting up the entrance ramp – Christey is now completely gone – with Anderson in control. He sets up for the Mic Check off the ramp, but Shaw counters it, but ends up getting caught with a Pepsi Plunge on the floor instead. Anderson says "we're going for a ride" and tosses him off the ramp, following up with a few shots from a steel chair.
They brawl to the back, and Ken asks JB to ask them a few questions. He takes the microphone and mocks Shaw, before slamming him on a rolling cart. Anderson rolls the cart hard into a few equipment boxes, as we see the van now in the background. Shaw attacks Anderson from behind, and goes to put him in the van, but Christey returns to kick Shaw in the nuts. Anderseon recovers, hits the Mic Check into the van, and rolls him in the vehicle to end the match.
Winner: Ken Anderson
-Backstage, Ethan Carter III talks about all of Kurt Angle's accomplishments, including being an Olympic gold medalist, a former world champion, etc. But he says there's one man that Kurt will never, ever, ever, ever, ever – you see where I'm going with this – ever beat, and that's EC3. Rockstar Spud says his job tonight is to take out Willow, and make sure that Carter gets his win over Angle.
Rockstar Spud & Ethan Carter III vs. Willow & Kurt Angle
Spud starts off the match, but Angle refuses to wrestle anybody but Carter. EC3 gets in the ring, but bails to the outside immediately. Angle gets on the mat and challenges him to actually wrestle, but when Carter attempts to take a cheap shot Kurt sweaps his legs and gets in a few right hands. EC3 again escapes to the outside, and Spud gives him a pep talk. When they look up, Willow has his umbrella, and jumps through both of them.
Back in the ring Angle tags out to Jeff, who hits Whisper in the Wind through both opponents. Hardy dances around the ring, periodically stopping to bash Spud's face into a turnbuckle. Standing splash to Rockstar for a two-count. When Willow turns around he gets blasted by EC3, which turns the match back over to the heels.
Somehow Kurt is still on the outside of the ring, looking dead. Carter is the legal man, and he has Willow in a side headlock. Jeff breaks out of the hold, hits a jawbreaker, and follows that up with a mule kick. He goes for the Twist of Fate, but Spud nails him from behind and EC3 follows up with a dropkick. Carter goes for a submission, but in comes Kurt Angle to hit a trio of German suplexes on him.
Rockstar Spud comes in from behind, and gets a release suplex for his trouble. Angle locks in the Ankle Lock, but Carter chop blocks his knee out. Willow makes the save for his team, and hits a split-leg leg drop on EC3, followed by an interesting cartwheel forearm shot. Spud gets a neckbreaker, which sets up Hardy to hit Poetry in Motion on Carter.
Alone in the ring, Spud takes a Twist of Fate from Willow, followed by an Angle Slam from Kurt. Hardy with the Swanton Bomb, and the babyfaces win.
Winners: Kurt Angle & Willow
-Knux and his girlfriend are driving somewhere, and Knux says he needs Rebel, not his girlfriend, in his corner. I guess that's her ring name. They are picking up two more people to add to their team, which she isn't too thrilled about.
X-Division Championship Match
Sanada (c) vs. Tigre Uno
Both guys with a lot of counters right from the start, as neither can get any sort of advantage. A couple of people are chanting "we want Aries" because they're idiots. Sanada wins an arm drag contest, so Tigre slides out of the ring. When the champ follows up, Uno rolls back in the ring and suplexes his opponent back into the ring. They go into the classic cruiserweight cradle pin roll around the ring, which nobody wins. It's a draw so far.
Tigre Uno with a great tilt-the-whirl arm drag, followed by a massive kick to the jaw. He hooks in a crazy headscissors armbar on the champ, that looks absolutely brutal. Sanada somehow kips out of the hold and dropkicks Uno out of the air, off a springboard dive. The challenger backs Sanada into the corner with a few high kicks, followed by a corkscrew springboard dropkick that sends him out of the ring, following up with a senton splash over the ropes to the floor.
Tigre rolls his opponent back into the ring and goes to the top rope for a splash, but runs into Sanada's knees instead. The champ with a springboard chop, then another one, but he goes to the well too many times and is caught with a quick-release German suplex into the bottom turnbuckle. They slowly brawl to the top rope, and Sanada wins the exchange with a hurricanrana off the top. 1…2…challenger kicks out.
Tigre Uno attemps a nice roll-up out of nowhere, but doesn't get all of it. He gets Sanada up in a high cradle, but spikes him with a DDT, which looks sick. Sanada rolls out of the way of a top rope splash, hits a quick moonsault off the top, and picks up the win.
Winner: Sanada (Still Champion!)
"I Quit" Match
James Storm vs. Gunner
Gunner starts the match with a big clothesline, but is tosses to the outside and caught with a clothesline from Storm. Storm tosses his opponent through the steel steps and starts bashing him with a piece from the barricade. Gunner recovers and gets in a few right hands, before throwing the Cowboy face-first into the steps. He follows up, running up the steps and launching himself, connecting with a forearm shot.
Gunner takes a trash can from under the ring, but runs into a big boot. Storm goes on the assault, choking Gunner in the ropes. He grabs a few steel chairs from under the ring and tosses them in the ring. The chairs are used upside Gunner's back, about four different times. The ref asks him if he wants the match to end, and he screams "never". Storm attacks him with a metal cookie sheet and yells at him to give up.
Gunner fires up and hits a shoulder block, but runs into a big boot. Storm looks for the superkick, but is caught with a running high knee. Gunner with a trash can lid off his opponent's head, but now Storm has one and the two go back and forth about ten times with the lids. An "AJ Styles" chant breaks out because, again, these fans are idiots. Storm wins the fight, but is clocked with the actual trash can.
The two of them brawl to the floor again, and Storm ends up hitting the Randy Orton hangman's DDT from the apron into the steel ring steps. He then grabs a bottle of beer and breaks it over his opponent's head. Gunner is busted wide open, but continues to say "no" when asked if he wants to quit.
Storm locks in a Boston crab submission, but Gunner refues to quit and gets to the ropes. The Cowboy freaks out and attacks the referee, knocking him down and stealing his belt. Storm uses the belt off Gunner's back three times, then when he won't quit, he does it a dozen more times. Gunner takes the microphone and tells Storm to urine off, then turns around into the Last Call Superkick.
Gunner is pretty much dead, covered in blood, but takes the microphone and says "never" over and over again. He tries to rally, but Storm hits him with a low blow, and uses pieces of broken glass from the beer bottle to continue splitting him open. Somehow Gunner pulls himself up, then starts to "Hulk up" when Storm throws him into the top turnbuckle.
Gunner fires up with several right hands, digging down deep with a gut buster. Storm lands hard into the shattered glass, and has it all over his back. Storm tries for the Last Call again, but Gunner ducks under the kick and hits an F5. Gunner with a second F5. Gunner with a third F5. The referee asks, but Storm says nothing.
Gunner grabs a steel chair and sets it up in the middle of the ring, followed by another one right next to it. They fight up to the top turnbuckle, but Gunner goes and gets the barricade, setting it up between the two chairs. He goes back up to the ropes, and this town hits a top rope superplex through the chairs, and through the barricade. Gunner grabs a handful of glass, and treatens to use it if Storm doesn't quit. He starts to drag it across Storm's forehard, and Storm immediately quits.
Winner: Gunner
Knockouts Championship Match
Madison Rayne (c) vs. Angelina Love
Madison is in control to start the match, so Angelina bails and regroups with her B.F.F. Velvet at ringside. She tries to dance around and mock the champ, so Madison wrestles her to the mat and smashes her head into the mat. Again Angelina retreats to the outside, this time sweeping Madison's leg off the apron and sending her crashing down to the floor.
Crazy storms here, so I lost about five minutes of this match, but when the internet came back Madison was doing the awkward headscissors stomp into the mat. Angelina tries to escape, so the champ dives to the outside and takes down both of the Beautiful People, but looks like she hurt herself more in the process. They roll back in the ring and Rayne hits… Eat Defeat, but to the neck?
Angelina rallies back and hits a big neckbreaker, but can't pick up the pin and throws a tantrum in the ring instead. She heads up to the top rope and tries for a crossbody, but comes up empty. Madison hits a giant spear, but the referee is distracted by Velvet on the apron. Velvet sprays hairspray in the champ's eyes, and Angelina with a roll-up from behind, with a handful of tights (would have loved to see that angle), and wins the Knockouts Championship.
Winner: Angelina Love (New Champion!)
Tables Match
Bully Ray vs. Bobby Roode
Bully starts with right hands and a big back body drop, followed by two clotheslines and a sidewalk slam. He's all fired up, trying for a clothesline, but gets caught with an elbow from Roode. Bully hits back with several rights again, followed by a Bionic elbow, shades of Dusty Rhodes. The crowd already wants tables, so he goes to the outside and sets one up on the floor.
Roode attacks from behind, firing away with big right hands. Bully counters, throwing Bobby hard into the barricade, and sets up a second table right next to the first one. He turns around into a clothesline from his opponent, again. Another table gets thrown into the ring, as they brawl around the first two tables. Roode sets up the third table against a turnbuckle, and they tease going through it, which ends with a surprise dropkick from Roode.
Bobby maintains control momentarily with clotheslines in the corner, but gets run over with a shoulder block. Roode hits a neckbreaker, and then decides to take the table out of the corner and sets it up normally. He teases a suplex through the table, but Bully counters with a tease of his own. Eventually Bully just settles for a suplex to the ring, sans table.
Roode comes off the top rope with a flying neckbreaker, a little too close to the table for my comfort. He fires off with right hands, before setting up for a mocking powerbomb, shades of his opponent. Bully with a big back body drop, and the crowd wills him back into the match – doesn't last long as Roode drops his throat over the ropes.
Roode counters out of a powerbomb…twice…but gets put through a table on the third attempt. However, Roode's boot hit the referee in the face, so nobody important saw it break. Bully sets up another table out of frustration, but Bully plants him with a spinebuster. He sets him up for the Roode Bomb, but Bully counters with a hard elbow. Roode climbs to the top rope, but Bully catches him with an RKO out of the air.
The referee is still down. Somehow. Bully throws Roode on top of the tables that are set up on the outside. He climbs to the top rope, but some "dude" in all black creeps up behind him and tosses him through the tables. NOW – by some miracle of God – the referee recovers, and calls for the bell.
Winner: Bobby Roode
-Guess who is wearing a fake beard and mustache!? YUP – it's Katie Vick! Wait…no, it's Dixie Carter. She stands over Bully Ray and throws things at him. Meanwhile, Roode looks like he has no clue what is going on.
TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match
Magnus vs. Eric Young (c)
They spend about five minutes just starring each other down. When they lock up, EY takes the advantage and drops into a side headlock. Magnus breaks free and hits a neckbreaker for a two-count, before going into a surfboard stretch. EY flips out of the hold and kips up, but Magnus stays on him, slamming him down into the mat, until Young tosses him outside of the ring. EY looks to fly, but Magnus just walks away. EY waits, then hits his dive to the outside.
They roll back into the ring and Young hits a nice Fishermen's Suplex with a bridge, but Magnus kicks out of it and levels the champ with a clothesline. Magnus drops into a rest hold now, which slows down the match for the next several minutes. EY eventually rallies, building up steam, but Magnus turns him inside-out with a clothesline and locks in a random Camel Clutch! After another two or three minutes, Young gets to the ropes. They both collide with clotheslines, and everyone is down.
EY is the first to his feet, and his hits a crossbody before heading up to the top rope, coming up empty on a moonsault ettempt. Magnus lands with a spinebuster, and now he goes to the top rope, actually hitting his top rope elbow drop. EY kicks out at two-and-a-half, then hits his own top rope elbow drop, and Magnus kicks out at the last minute.
Magnus comes back and locks in a Texas Cloverleaf, following up on the Clutch from earlier. The champion slowly pulls himself to the ropes, then counters the move into his own Cloverleaf. The challenger gets to the ropes, and now both guys are down. Magnus rolls to the outside of the ring and grabs some sort of metal object. The referee takes it from him, and EY hits Magnus with a piledriver! 1…2…challenger kicks out!
Young hits a second piledriver, followed by a top rope elbow drop. 1..2..3.
Winner: Eric Young (Still Champion!)
-EY celebrates his big win to send Sacrifice off the air. No screwy finish on this one.
