everyone at some point in their life has either heard of or played sonic.

ive just bought it off the xbox live marketplace and all these memories have come flood back of sitting infront of the tv with my sega megadrive trying not to be killed by robotnic.

and even today it's still superb fun.

what's your earliest memories of sonic

My brother had a megadrive with Sonic and Streets of Rage.

Needless to say, Sonic didnt get played much!

Got a megadrive in the house for uni, altho I always feel my PS3 looks at it and laughs.

Sonic Generations looks like it could be really good when it releases later this year

I have a Megadrive Emulator on my netbook which runs Sonic, Altered Beast & Golden Axe beautifully.

Earliest memory though is when I had Sonic 2 for the Master System II. Completed it over a weeks worth of evenings after school & then figured out a level select cheat. Just my luck!
