what benefits does it offer? I have been doing it now for about 3 weeks and I am knackered after it, it is really tough.

Does it improve size or improve stamina or core etc?

When you say Bodypump what excercise do you actually follow to strengthen core muscles of your entire body?

May be you went too forceful too soon, you could try a gradual increase with a proper dietary formula to back your work out regime.

I'm more impressed with the fact that he's been doing it for three weeks, and is asking us what it helps with.

The inference is that it hasn't actually done anything...

I have been doing it along with HIIT classes and circuit training and swimming and weight lifting and running.

bodypump is a fitness class where you use weights to exercise. You use very light weights and you do the reps for about 5 mins each. a class lasts for about an hour.

So for eg I would have about 20kgs on a bar and i would do 5 mins of squats and then 5 mins of lunges and then change the weight and do 5 mins of chest press and then 5 mins of bicep curls and then shoulder presses etc etc

Full body workout where you use light weights until muscle failure for each body part.

If you can pull yourself away from the lycra clad women....i wouldnt bother with body pump.

Draw up some good circuit sessions, tabata sessions.

12 exercises, 2 mins each for the first round, then 1 min for the second. Or alternatively pick 12 exercises and do tabata...

Include Burpees, Marine Press Ups, Mountain Climbers, Hindu Press Ups etc...you'll get a much better work out. If you pick the right exercises with no breaks it can be a brutal work out...

Let me know if you need some..i have loads of routines that we do all the time.

I saw a glass bodypump advertised on the internet. It is said that it could increase the size of my hampton by up to 25%. I'm tempted to make a purchase.

TROUBLE IS, IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK, YOU'D HAVE TO STOP TOUCHING IT LONG ENOUGH TO SLIDE THE DEVICE OVER THE END.

Waste of money and you'll only end up trying to use it as a bong and people will complain that their weed tastes funny
