Prediction League 2014 - Money in the Bank results and table.

I think its general consensus that Money in the Bank 2014 was a good PPV overall, and the MitB ladder match was one of the best ever. You'd've been forgiven for thinking it was a very predictable PPV, but although some came close, no one claimed a perfect score.
