Yes, its early but here me out. Im going to say what I would like to see happen, and then explain why.

Battleground. Rollins defeats Ambrose dirty. Either a handful of tights, feet on the ropes, low blow to a curb stomp while the ref is distracted - doesnt really matter how, but Ambrose needs to come out this match still wanting revenge.

Later in the night, Cena barely overcomes the odds and retains the title. Seth Rollins comes out flanked by HHH to cash in, but is taken out by Ambrose. As Ambrose is retreating and taunting the Authority from the ramp, Triple H grabs Kings headset and demands Paul Heyman executes Option C.

Brock Lesnars music hits. He takes out Ambrose on the stage before getting in the ring and dropping Cena with an F-5. Rollins has meanwhile recovered, cashes in his MitB, and the show ends with him as WWE champion.

Now, this opens up 4 big matches for Summerslam.

John Cena vs Brock Lesnar. These two have history, and dont need the title for this feud to work. Lesnar can NOT lose another match until someone goes over him at Mania, but they cant give him the title on his limited schedule at this time of the year. These two being in a WWE title match now is lose/lose. Which leads to...

Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins(c) - WWE title match.

This is the no1 singles feud in wrestling at the moment. People where unsure of Rollins turning on The Shield ahead of Ambrose, but both of these men have played their roles to perfection. Rollins is great at being a smug heel, and Ambrose is superb as the demented lunatic needing revenge. Their Battleground match should be a classic, and I've no doubt the addition of the biggest prize would take this feud to 11. Ambrose doesnt need to win here, so Rollins can hold the title for a few months atleast. It may be early but - for me - both guys have proven themselves ready. But what about the third member of the Shield? Well..

Triple H vs Roman Reigns - street fight.

This match has been written in the stars since The Shield turned face. Roman Reigns is on his way to the top, and a clean win over HHH at Summerslam would continue him on his path to greatness. When he wins the WWE title (not if) he needs to do it at WrestleMania. Triple H will insist on a Street Fight so he can try and use his Authority henchmen to help, but...

Randy Orton vs Kane.

This seems to be the direction they are heading. The implosion of the Authority. Not necessarily a match anyone is clamouring to see, but gives both men a decent story arc for the PPV. Randy wins and goes on to face Rollins.

Add all this up, throw in Wyatt vs Jericho, the IC, US and Tag Title matches and AJ vs Paige, Summerslam could be a great PPV.

Was not sure about it when you initially said but you have won me over.... Cena/Lesnar would go on last but if given enough time Rollins/Ambrose could feel like a real main event level match.

That would definitely be a card I would buy... the only ?, what about Daniel Bryan?
