Looking for comments on the team that don't look at form issues or those who are injured as just want to see what the thoughts are around what will most likely be the majority of my strongest team and the balance of the team.

Want to play a game similar to the Toulon style this season - is that a side that could do that?

Quins 18 - 29 Bath

Tad more in Bath's front row for me, and their experience at lock sees them take the front five. Bath look stronger in the back row too and take the pack overall. Hb's side to Bath, and centres too although not sold on that combo.Bath take the back three, and take the game fairly comfortably.

Newcastle 25 - 21 Exeter

Not much in the front rows, neither side looks to dominate. Second rows also fairly even, but Newcastle take the back row despite Lydiate out of position. Newcastle take the HBs, with centres close but Newcastle take the wingers. Good game but Newcastle have that bit extra in quality.

Irish 19 - 25 Gloucester

Slight edge to Gloucs up front, with second rows quite tight. Not a lot in the back rows, but I think overall Gloucs edge the pack battle. Gloucs edge HB's, and a little bit more about them in the centres too. Back threes fairly close. Decent game, with Gloucs having enough to edge it.

Wasps 28 - 27 Saints

I's edge slightly to Wasps in the front row, but Saints take the second row. Think Wasps look slightly stronger in the back row and overall they just edge the pack. Wasps look the stronger at HB, but Saints look better in the centres. Slight edge to Saints in the back three. Great game, two top sides, Wasps slightly edge it.

Welsh 25 - 25 Saracens

As a unit slight edge to Welsh up front, with two fairly even second rows. Not a great deal int he back rows, maybe slight lean towards to Welsh. Think Welsh edge the pack slightly. Decent HB contest near clear winner, Sarries look stronger at center, with Sarries taking back three too. Really good game, not sure either side has enough to win it.
