v2 Wrestling Podcast 26th August: Hardcore Wrestling, Bookers and Dean Ambrose
This week Adam is joined by Chris, Gavin and Richard to discuss the latest big stories in wrestling at http://v2wrestling.podomatic.com/entry/2014-08-27T01_47_14-07_00
We start as ever with TNA, and some interesting big picture discussion, from bringing back a hardcore division to which ex-wrestlers could be useful additions to the booking team. The question of Lo Ki's ethnicity is taken to those in the know, and even they don't know. Meanwhile we get an update on MVP's latest off-air shenanigans.
It's then on to WWE, and one of the most mind-bogglingly boring episodes of Raw in history. But there is still plenty to digest, as we look at how each member of The Shield has progressed since their break-up, and Rich explains his obsession with Dean Ambrose.
Thanks for all your responses to our questions of the week. This week we ask whether anybody in the history of the world - other than Sheamus - has ever noticed the similarities between Sheamus and Cesaro? We'd also like to hear your comparisons between other wrestlers who have nothing in common.

I enjoyed that, it was better than this week's Raw
I couldn't help but feel a bit sorry for Kurt Angle, ringing up HHH to be told, "no", then calling Vince.
Surprised the team didn't discuss upcoming swerve at Night of Champions. According to the opening segment. When we expect Cena to be fighting Brock. Instead Cena will actually be taking on Brock's donkey in his 'beat your ass challenge'. Maybe this could also be a good time to bring back the Godwins.
With Brock being replaced by a donkey, and the Miz using a stunt double. I'm actually hoping that Brie Bella will be replaced by a piece of cheese next week.

You'd definatly get more emotion from a piece of cheese anyway.

Just a quick note to say that we did the podcast last night but someone forgot to press the record button and our 90 minute show has turned into a discussion amongst 4 people never to be heard again.
Just to clarify, you will hear the 4 people again not what was said last night.
Needless to say, it was a great show where we acted totally professionally and didn't make any comments about one legged war veterans or homosexual NFL players.
But we did find out that Low Ki is Puerto Rican. According to Manik/ TJ perkins. Although he wasn't really that sure. But its the closest we have.
ANd Todd Grimes - shame on you for suggesting Benoit would be an ideal creative talent for TNA with his family on a pole match. SHAME!!!
This weeks questions were:
What does the extra W in WWWE stand for.
What would you like to see on the back of John Cenas sign that he holds up next week.
and finally, following on from Sam Shaw dressing up in Gunners clothes, what outfit would you recommend he dresses up in next week.

I like to think that one of you heard the opening jingles of The Ross Report, which put you off your game, just as a WWE wrestler would forget to wrestle if they heard the entrance music of someone else start.
Extra W. Should stand for Whoooo. It can also be used as any of the W's. And can only every be said by Ric Flair, whatever the occasion. So you could have the following:
<Serious voice> "Welcome everyone to the 4th Quarter Earnings Teleconference call for the World Wrestling <Naitch> Whoooo </Naitch> Entertainment...."
Cena. "I jobbed to Brock and all Vince gave me was this lousy sign"
Sam Shaw. Damian Sandow (and vice versa)

I think the extra W should stand for the Wiggles, a new Australian stable of children's entertainers with their valet Dorothy the Dinosaur, they drive down to the ring in their big red car then beat down their opponents with their finisher the 'Hot Potato'.
