Sam you've literally readily mind about green
I was about to post Socino and Sinoti get all the plaudits but Green has been an amazing signing and it's superb.
Dean's 1st name on the team sheet. And Furno is playing very well also. He's so quick and disrupts the opposition.

Fonuoa would be just the type of player we need. A huge man mountain of a carrier. The way we are playing we would use a player like him very well.

Falcons look good but Welsh are embarrassing, if there hadn't been a few little errors we'd already be heading towards 40 points.

I'm liking Orlandi already, that's our 1st good scrum even with Fry threatening to fold in half

I'm going to watch fry with interest Sgt.
In the most part everyone Dean has signed has come good....he is one we all don't rate at all at scrum time...but Dean must see something. His loose game is actually pretty good.
The game has become a bit of a sludge.

Yeah GF Green has a little bit of Deacon around him. Put him in there and the pack plays better though his impact isn't really that noticeable individually you know he's in there.
I think Tigers have enough attacking wingers (Thompstone, Goneva, Benjamin). A full back if Tait leaves and a solution to our dire midfield are more pressing issues. Then there's the forward pack where we might need an experienced lock if Parling goes and maybe another seven, two of them if Salvi and Matera leave.

I don't mind having Fry in the squad. I would like to help developing rugby nations bring through players, especially in positions where they struggle like the USA with their props. I would rather he was third choice rather than second.

I'd prefer if he was 5th choice Cumbrian, he's absolutley awful.
Orlandi looks handy, it'll be interesting to see how he goes given a run.

I think fry is good in the rucks mauls and tackle area.
Just need to get mickey ward smashing him in the scrum machine day in day out which in sure they're doing.

Lots of chat on the Scottish 6 Nations thread that this is the perfect time to get Ally Hogg back into the international set up.
Strauss is not SQ yet, Denton has shown flushes of form but only against lower order teams, Beattie has been absent from his French matchday squads in recent weeks and we're tired of Kellybrows being played out of position.
Presumably Falcons fans will think that it's a recall which is well deserved?

He's been playing well for about a year now. Is he good enough for the Int stage? I'd maybe say no.
He's a little like Easter for us, great brain etc but I don't think significantly better than the youngsters to warrant inclusion.

Sgt,
Behave. Lets not risk him going away and getting burned out or injured playing for Scotland.
He's doing great for us...being managed very well by Dean (as are most of the players actually).

Brookes messed up his chance at tigers, largely due to his own poor attitude. Falcons took him back, rebuilt his career and lo and behold for the last 10 months his agent has been engineering a move.
I guess Falcons could have given him longer than a two year contract, but even so this sucks.
Translates as - I will play as well as I can to try and stay in the England squad.

Really feel for you GF - Brookes has international aspirations and wants to be playing European Rugby to stay in the England squad - however, after the way you guys rebuilt his career I think he owed you at least one more contract extension.

Well as I've posted on the unofficial, he now drops behind young Scotty, Tomas and Orlandi. I wouldn't play him at all... And judging by Dean's reaction keiron won't be playing.
I'm all for ambition etc, this is not sour grapes. He is a special case. We rebuilt him and he's done this.

Gutted about Brookes, and peed off. I know it's a short career and I want to wish the lad well, but I feel like he could have given us one more decent season. I'm pretty certain a Saints or similar would have still been interested then.
