Elimination Chamber Matches Empty Elimination Chamber Matches

Post by Jammy31 Sun 06 Feb 2011, 8:06 pm

Raw Elimination Chamber Match

John Cena
Sheamus
John Morrison
R-Truth
Randy Orton
CM Punk

Out of all the participants in this match, only one has emerged out of Satan's Structure victorious - John Cena. Orton has participated in multiple Elimination Chamber matches which may serve to his advantage, and with the voices in his head, the structure may become the perfect weapon. Redemption will fuel King Sheamus's push to win this match. R-Truth and John Morrison both come into this as wildcards, but will provide high flying action and boundless energy to this chamber match. As for the new Nexus leader CM Punk, he may not have the Necus members with him, but he has proven time and time again that he is capable of holding his own.

Smackdown Elimination Chamber Match

Edge
Mysterio
Kane
Drew MacIntyre
Dolph Ziggler
Wade Barrett

Edge defends his title inside Satan's Structure, having won inside the Chamber before and he sure has a hard job ahead of him. Can he walk out with his Heayweight Championship still in his hands? Kane has now competed inside three Elimination Chamber matches, and is sure to use the Chamber to reclaim the title that Edge took from him at TLC PPV. Mysterio has only been inside the Chamber twice before, but his aerial superiority will allow him to thrive on all levels of the cage environment and potentially provide a threat to the other competitors. This is the first Elimination Chamber Match for Ziggler, McIntyre and Barrett but all have proven they have what it takes to win inside this twisted structure.

Elimination Chamber
The Elimination Chamber is such a sinister instrument of destruction that it has only been contested 11 times since its inception. The mangled configuration of torture is comprised of two miles of chain, 10 tons of steel, measuring 16-feet in height and 36-feet in diameter. Two Superstars will begin the match, with the others being released one-at-a-time into the insanity thereafter. A Superstar wins when his five adversaries have been eliminated by pinfall or submission. There is no disqualification; no order; no place to hide.

So, who do you think will win the Raw and Smackdown Elimination Chamber Matches? king

It's a poor do when Edge has to retain his title in an EC match up and The Miz is booked for a singles match with Jerry Lawler. Stupid if you ask me.

Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised to see Rey Mysterio pick up the win in the WHC EC match and go on to face Del Rio at WM.

Why do so many people see Edge retaining? I can see Rey getting the win. Even with an interference from Del Rio. Would be perfect to set up for Del Rio v Edge then switch to the ready made re-feud with Rey. I know it is a match we have seen far too much already and don't want to see it again at mania but this is WWE.

From a predicatbility point of view I would have to go for Cena and Edge.

Cena v Miz is already being hinted at. Even the fact that he was there to help Lawler points toward it.

As for Edge, once again, I dont thing they would have had DelRio announce Edge as his opponent just yet if he wasnt going to be facing Edge.

There is also the whole Christian Factor to play into Wrestlemani, with ADR being the man who sidelined Edges best friend. Possible return for Captain Charisma in the main event to help Delrio. This could elevate another current midcarder (CC)to main event, takes Edge out of the title picture allowing Del Rio to hold the title for a little while.

So post Mania, Del Rio as champ, edge vs Christian feud, Cena to finish off the show as champ and make everyone happy.

Who will face Miz for the WWE Title at Wrestlemania?

Definately not R-Truth, Sheamus, or CM Punk, so either Morrison, Orton or Cena will win the Elimination Chamber.

Who will Alberto Del Rio face for the World Title at Wrestlemania?

Definately not Kane, Barrett, Ziggler or McIntyre, so either Edge or Mysterio.

Unless the WWE go down the 3-way or 4-way route for one or both titles, then the possibilities are far more open.

WWE Title - Could be Miz v Punk v Orton and/or v Cena

World Title - Could be Del Rio v Edge v Barrett (or Ziggler)

That said, it will be Cena and Edge.
