Anthony Joshua, who would you have him fight?
First topic message reminder :
Morning all,
As many on here have derided his recent and upcoming opponents who would you have him fight? If we get a few options listed we can maybe do a pole. Just been listening to buncy's show yesterday and ue suggested Dillion Whyte as he is just returning from his ban. He managed to knock down and beat Joshua in the amateurs.
Cheers

Denis Bakhtov (38-9) is a step in the right direction and I don't mind the fight with Michael Sprott (42-22). Sprott obviosuly faded but he might be able to give Joshua some rounds and also test AJ's chin.
After those two, it's a case of bringing in durable, experienced opponents who can give him rounds. Fighters like Sherman Williams (36-13-2), Domonick Guinn (34-10-1). Get him in a British title fight aswell, once Chisora or Fury vacates.

Yes alex I mentioned on a previous thread that I thought the next fight was a step in the right direction but a few others thought he was going a bit slow so thought we should open it up to see other potential opponents.
Plenty of other pros have started against even lower opposition so for me a long way from having an issue with the pace he has been brought on at yet.

Some funny banter on Twitter with AJ, Hearn & the Fury camp.
Eddie Chambers calling him out and looking a general twerp - boasting about fightintg Povetkin when AJ's age, which Hearn pointed out was after several years and 30 fights as a pro, whereas AJ has had 11 months and 8 fights!
Some total morons on their even proclaiming Hughie could take AJ now. Sorry, what? Based on.....................?
