Today Matchroom announced a new signing to their stable, Bradley Saunders has announced he is joining the ever growing stable. He has had a very good amateur career and is 10-0 with 8 KO's as a pro but he is 28, what can you guys see him achieving from now on?

Top fighter who can be fast-tracked. He was looking at going down the European route (as Tom Stalker had been primed for an assault on the British title) but that could change now.

Hearn could look to step him up against fringe world-class fighters in the New Year.

I think Hearn sees the North-East as a market he can tap into with Saunders

Brad's a popular lad but there isn't the same support in the NE as there is in citys like Liverpool, Manchester etc. Maybe he can change that.

We'll get some better cards up here at least.

More likely to find someone with a world class fringe.

Bradley Saunders ppv with a stacked under card featuring stuey hall's next world title tilt and anthony Joshua taking on the cast from Geordie shore. £16.95 anyone? If you don't like it don't buy it.

Ha. Maybe Woodhouse will get it now (Warren has refused to have him on any of his cards going forward but Hearn doesn't have that issue).

He was moving up the WBO ratings (the Warren world title). Who does Hearn affiliate himself with? The WBA? Maybe he'll pitch him in with someone like DeMarco in the new year.

He was the best of the 2008 bunch outside of Gavin but seemed to choke a bit from memory, was certainly more fondly thought of than his namesake Billy Joe.

I think Hearn's desired roots by the look of it are the IBF/WBA

Mind you his chosen root of the WBA for Quigg hasn't worked out as well as I think he hoped it might

Yeh he's no spring chicken, having stayed in the amateurs so they might try to fast track him. Decent prospect, don't see him as a world beater but as close to a local boy as it gets for me so wish the lad well.

BJ (oooo err) and Gavin lack the power required in the pros (at top level). Saunders can really hit.

Apparently Quigg hates his milkman who fought a few times in the Amateurs...

Sounds like the perfect PPV debut for this Saunders kid !!
