Who will win Daveed vs Kei
Daveed vs Kei
Ferrer to win Kei is 3.1 odds, not sure how many of you guys believe David Ferrer's chance of beating Kei is only 1 in 4 i.e 25%?
Lets look into some stats
So it looks clear Kei is the hot favorite for this match ,but Daveed would make the match more than interesting and do possess a good chance for a upset win, I will go for Daveed as the odds are interesting.
Lets look into some stats
- H2H - Kei leads Daveed by 6-3
- Last 5 matches - Kei Leads Daveed by 4-1
- On Hard Courts - Kei leads Daveed by 4-3
- On Grand Slam - Tied @ 1-1
- At Australian Open - Daveed leads Kei by 1-0
- At QF stage - Kei Leads Daveed by 1-0
So it looks clear Kei is the hot favorite for this match ,but Daveed would make the match more than interesting and do possess a good chance for a upset win, I will go for Daveed as the odds are interesting.

I have gone for Kei. I just feel he is in the ascendency whilst Ferrer is ever so slightly heading in the other direction. However, it would be no upset if Ferrer were to win. Nishikori in five for me.

I have gone for Ferrer.
For me has the more solid game and mindset. Especially in a BO5

Kei to win in 4. Just a bit too much for David at this stage of their careers. I don't think there will be any 30+ QFists.

I would not be surprised either way. If you had not posted their H2H stats I would probably have said David. Surprised how well Nishi has done against him over time. Seeing these numbers I say Nishi.
But agree that odds seem to be too one-sided, I think it is closer than 75% vs 25%.

Impressive win from Kei. Three times the number of winners. In total control throughout.
