Looks a good find, I always like to hear about developing rugby nations so I'll have to give it a proper look when I get a chance

I see the African Nations cup format has changed slightly...
4 teams with the bottom side being relegated to Group 1b, and the winner of that group being promoted.
Kenya, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Tunisia are the teams in 1A.
Kenya also have games against Portugal May 30th and Spain July 18th
