Stephanie says she thinks the fans want to see Cena sit WrestleMania out and there's a mixed reaction but mostly "yes!" chants. Stephanie says Cena isn't special or unique. She says it's not where would WWE be without Cena, it's where would Cena be without WWE. Cena looks down. The music hits and out comes Curtis Axel to the stage. Axel tells us not to change the channel because Axelmania is running wild and he gets a pop. He's been in the Royal Rumble for 35 days and counting now. He puts himself over and say he can beat Rusev at WrestleMania. Axel says he also met Andre as a kid. He knows he's already in the Battle Royal but 2 victories at WrestleMania is better than 2. Axel sucks up to Stephanie and calls her a visionary. He says her words are an inspiration. Stephanie thanks him. A big "Axelmania" chant breaks out. Stephanie says it looks like Axel's star is on the rise while Cena's is falling. She makes a match for right now and fans cheer. Stephanie says the only way Cena will face Rusev at WrestleMania is if Cena can change Rusev's mind. She wishes him good luck. Axel asks Cena what he's gonna do when Axelmania runs wild on him. Axel tears his t-shirt and Cena takes the mic. He's serious and tells Axel he has one chance to leave the ring. Cena warns Axel he will not walk out of the ring if the match starts. A "Cena sucks" chant starts and we go to commercial.

Triple H promised to make Sting to be bigger than he ever has been but Sting squandered that opportunity away for one chance to have a WrestleMania moment. Triple H promises he will make sure it's as if Sting's career never existed. He says a lot of people wonder why Sting never came to WWE. Triple H says everyone has theories, including JBL, Booker T... he calls Booker into the ring because Booker knew Sting. Fans chant for Booker as he comes in and shakes Triple H's hand. Triple H says he heard Booker mention on commentary that Triple H may have blocked Sting from coming to WWE all these years. Triple H says he knows Booker doesn't believe that and asks Booker what he thinks. Booker talks about Sting and says Booker probably would have done the same thing if he was in Triple H's shoes. Triple H says Booker is like these little kids on the internet who think they know the insides of the business when they don't know a thing. Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
Ok so Raw itself....was it just me or was that a god awful episode!! A month out from the biggest ppv of all and they serve that up!
Good Points:
Heyman - Absolute gold and to be frank...the only person making me care about the Reigns match and making me actually believe that Lesnar may, just may walk out with title.
AJ Return - Much needed and a welcome addition to the Diva Title picture - though been impressed with the work of a few of the divas lately.
IC title - Good job in making it feel important again
Bad Point:
Lack of quality action in the ring and a real sense of Deja Vu in both the matches served up and the way they were booked...i.e. endings
Miz/Sandow - Awkward segment which is now growing extremely tiresome. I was looking forward to the eventual break up of the pair and a push for Sandow...now I don't particularly care and thats the fault of only one group of people...the writers who have done it all wrong.
Reigns - I get they need to make him strong and make him look like a challenge...but they are quickly approaching that line whereby the crowd turn on him knowing he is being positioned to take title. With the current situation surrounding Lesnar most know he is likely to drop the belt....the key to ensuring the match doesn't get the Goldberg/Brock treatment is to ensure the fans don't already know the outcome. They have to make them doubt it and at the moment they aren't doing that.
Bryan - Still absolutely no idea what Mania holds for him...and everyone can see that neither he nor WWE do either! If your going to put him in IC match then do it already and make it look like he cares about it. At the moment he's lost and the audience can tell and it's not a good thing and it's not a good thing for the mid-card title. If such a big name as Bryan is in the match then make him, make the title seem important. The only time he looked interested was when Ziggler came out...and given the whole Zig/Bry talk it only serves to fuel it more about them two than them two fighting over the title.
HHH - Wow that was a disjointed, off pace and tbh rather irrelevant promo. If your going to bring up the past and use it then do it properly so everyone understands the relevance. Most in the audience had no clue as to what was being said and what was meant by it.
Cena/Steph - Lets start off by saying Axel definitely left the ring...Cena said if the bell rang he wouldn't...but he definitely did! Next thing....it was yet another segment that just felt thrown together with no real thought. I get that Cena is supposed to be struggling at the moment and his place at the top of the mountain seemingly over...but Steph coming out and saying what she said just seemed to force the point on us when it didn't need to be...not only that but by having Cena even bring up the Andre Giant battle royale....going back and forth...and then not even getting into it...kind of made a mockery of it and devalued it (more than it already is).
Orton - A man whose career was nearly ended....helping those who nearly ended. I could understand that maybe he's playing the long game but with the whole Jon Stewart thing going on it just makes it really obvious to the audience that again it's a case of them not knowing where to go with Orton.
Bryan...Rollins....Orton...Wyatt...4 of the biggest names in the company and the company don't know what to do with them for the main PPV of the year. It's shambolic. And yes I know Wyatt is lined up for Taker...but again who really cares...no one! The company don't even know whether he will make it to Mania....hence he isn't due to appear at all until then.
All in all a hugely lacklustre Raw which showed just how poor WWE can be and just how short sighted the booking is in the place these days. There doesn't ever seem to be a real arcing storyline anymore and as soon as something i.e. injury, walkout etc etc occurs there never seems to be back up plan in place...just seem to throw a contingency plan in place on the fly.

Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
More analysis than anythings Samo - The things is, I'm so critical because all of the seeds are there for them to be making a real go of this and really turn the screw and strengthen the product and thus the network....yet they seem to be doing all they can to screw it up.
Dolph made a thread about the IC title which I wholeheartedly agree with; it is the best it has been booked in an absolute age, it seems valid and important again and is probably the match I am most looking forward to. However the way they are booking aspects of the build up concerns me...for instance the whole Bryan being in it without giving reasons (this would work if he had been around the IC title but he hasn't...all it looks like to the fans is that he is being thrown in it because they have nothing else for him)....same with what happened on Smackdown (wont spoil it)...but now seem to have another entrant who should be somewhere else but the writers have pulled the trigger on the easy booking by putting him in this match.
As mentioned, the Wyatt angle should be fantastic....but it's not. It's become stale already, and with no sign of Taker until Mania it's going to be like flogging a dead horse in a couple of weeks. How can you have a feud which people care about...if one of those in the feud never shows up...you can't...
Which moves me onto Sting...I already think his lack of appearances is hurting the feud....when you add in the fact that what they are building it around is 20 odd years ago and a vast majority of the audience aren't aware of that history it's easy to see why the crowd have fallen flat for it already. It started off so well....but lately the HHH promo's just don't seem to fit or make much sense (to me they do as I know about the politicking etc) but to the larger audience you can tell it's going over there heads.
What frustrates me the most I guess is that I know, from years past, the last couple of RAWS before Mania will be frantic and a frenzy and will likely be excellent....so it shows they are capable of putting together fantastic shows...yet they only seem to bother doing it when they need to. And that's what I mean by poor booking....it comes across really obviously to fans not just smarks that there is some very lazy booking going on.
Let me ask you this....if 6 months ago someone gave the list of the perceived matches...and said this will be Wrestlemania line up..do you feel that you should care more/be more vested in them now than you currently are?
Ziggler - Why is it nonsense?....Which part do you think is? Taker?.....so you think they are holding him off TV to keep an aura of mystery around it...absolute bull*h*t and your naive if you think they are. The man is a broken down shell of the wrestler he was and the company and himself have no idea if he will actually be able to go come Mania. I fully expect the match up to be slow, one paced with plenty of lying about. If the match is to be a success it will be ring psychology that pulls it through...not ring action. And if your selling Wrestlemania on The Undertaker then you have him at least show up and accept challenege beforehand. In this day and age people don't depart with cash just to see if someone shows up...because they know they can just read whether he does the next day and then buy it. As for the other part of regards Bryan etc...why is that nonsense? You think 5 weeks ago the plan was to have Bryan in the IC match...I most certainly don't...he's in there because they have nothing else for him...and even then it may change to a Sheamus feud before hand. As for Orton...this whole Jon Stewart angle and the way Orton has come back stinks of a booking team which has yet to be told what either is doing at Mania..because Vince etc aren't sure yet.

Sorry, youre just wrong. They will not be setting plans three weeks to Mania without knowledge of what they're doing. He's on the poster!
I don't think your Bryan point is nonsense, but frankly I don't care cos I like what they've done with him.
Orton is 100% set for Rollins, thats blatantly obvious

Re: WWE Raw Results - Spoilers ahead
Its just a matter of time before Rollins has had enough with Orton and snaps. Orton is playing the long game here.
I think Wyatt should be applauded for the work he's doing. He's sold this feud all by himself, and the tension of when the Undertaker will respond is getting to critical levels, and the crowd will eat it up.

That Cena and Stephanie angle was won of the most confusing I have ever witnessed. And who gives an F what Andre meant to Stephanie? That was a complete ego-stroke from an annoying brat of a woman.
Main event was good although Reigns should not be losing, distraction or not.
Heyman, as usual was gold. Mic doesn't work, he makes the promo even better because of it. Most (normal) people just freeze.
