Most Underrated Fight Of Last 15 Years? Empty Most Underrated Fight Of Last 15 Years?

Post by hazharrison Thu 19 Mar 2015, 4:52 pm

I'll throw a couple out there:

Mahyar Monshipour vs. Somsak Sithchatchawal

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yVhXl5U2MTY

Diego Corrales vs Joel Casamayor

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DnwwHlIfPpY

What's the best fight since 2000 that no one talks about?

Brewer v Pendleton

Watched this a few years ago when I was up late and Ch 5 were showing Friday night fights from US.

Nothing fight no belts no contender status at stake just 2 seasoned pros happy to duke it out

Toe to toe action

Teddy Atlas commentating and getting excited.

So good I can't find it on youtube, no footage but legendary like Harry Greb.

Conception-Marquez, although it did get a bit of publicity at the time.

The first one I assume...quality fight.

Dunne v Cordoba is a personal fav of mine.

Ireland won the Grand Slam and the Dunne wins in a thriller.  A good day to be drinking in Dublin.

Moore vs Rhodes was very good domestically. Real back and forth battle and I was personally pleased to see him win.

The second fight between Larios and Vazquez was pretty good, neither known for being dull, probably looking at a lot of gems around the 118-122lb area.

I was there for that one - Bolton Arena. Ricky Hatton got mobbed. Everyone got bladdered and an old boy got hit with a chair by a bunch of kids during the closing stages!
