What if Audley never won the Olympic Gold....

Hi All,

Audley's name on another post got me thinking. How do you feel the perception of A-Force would be if he had never won the Olympic Gold.

Say he never went to the Olympics, never got the BBC deal etc etc.

Granted he wouldnt have had the same opportunities, but would have probably still been British Champ at some point - as much due to the quality of the division as his ability as a fighter

On the other hand, not getting the BBC deal may have made him hungrier etc, and improved his skill set in the early days as a Pro, maybe making it to World level?

What do you think?

Nothing could change the fact that Audley was beyond scared of throwing any sort of meaningful punches when up against anyone remotely half decent. I've seen rabbits in the headlights who've shatted themselves less than Audley has.

Aye Audleys problem is he's a guy who isnt willing to take the pain to achieve greatNess. nothing wrong with his ability as a boxer or anything physical. He's just not mentally sunited to this game hence his ability to outclass people with a lot less talent in Prizefighter then lose to a tough taxi driver.
