As an Ulster fan it's somewhat bittersweet to see that from Seymour on the wing! Great try!

That's never wise, for some reason my girlfriend thinks that half of any of my winnings are for her...

It's like watching Barcalona! Hornee has to make the RWC squad?

Had a fiver on Hall as first try scorer. Second week in a row I've managed to pick an unlikely fat bloke. But at 25 to 1 long may it continues.

I can't believe what I just saw. A player cannot make assumptions about whether a player is truely injured or not. Has to be red!!

Ref is wrong. Yellow for tackle. Red for dragging the player up to his feet! Shocking!

Good job George. Definitely a card. Probably should've been red though.
Jeezoh! Jones ran into Warbaton.
And then...
Furra Linee Hatrick!

Hoeata is such a card and penalty machine for the Blues. Its constant, the guy has the intellect of a plankton.

That was strange, Hoeata probably felt it wasn't as big a hit as it looked like and felt Murchie milked it a bit.

So;
Dougie scores a try,
Hornee scores a hat-trick,
Hornee scores a contender for try of the season'Clownshoes is favouring Glasgow.
What might the second half bring?

That should be a citing. If only to tell players that acting like that is not acceptable under any circumstances.

He was shown a red for a similar clothesline 'tackle' on Rob Kearney earlier in the season.

Love old rugby grounds and this place looks medieval with its tented roof and flags.

If so then it's another signing from hell for the Blues (like most of their others). All he's done is give away penalties and get banned this season. There's no way Roberts will consider coming back to this team surely.

Soft & dissaponting try to concede. Mass subs have taken their toll

The Blues really are pathetic. Nothing to play for - their European spot guaranteed - no backbone whatsoever.

What spot in Europe? They're outside the top 6. The worst thing they did was show Hammett the door. They would have got better had they kept him, but the fact of the matter is they've been run by amateurs since they began.

Cardiff are guaranteed to be in the challenge cup next year. Not even a mathematical hope now. Even if every team above them lost all their games and Cardiff won all theirs with bonus pointsPot Hale wrote:The Blues really are pathetic. Glasgow could really do with waking up. Blues bombed that almost open goal

Their spot in the Challenge Cup I meant. They're not in top six, they don't have threat of relegation, therefore doesn't matter how they perform. Good to see them come back with a couple of tries, but I suspect that's more to do with Glasgow taking their foot of the gas now that they've got the bonus point wrapped up.

I wouldn't worry too much, Cardiff have a knack for scoring a few tries....when the game is well and truly over.

Glasgow think they're comfortable but that's no way to treat a second half by relaxing back so much. Teams in the lead and by so much tend to lose focus, but Glasgow are really letting things slide too much here.

Anyone else surprised by how many high shots Cardiff made tonight? When did refs stop penalising these fouls?

Yup - should have been a red - clotheslining a player without the ball. I hope he gets a good long ban

Re: Glasgow Warriors v Cardiff Blues, 10 April
Thought Cusack was great in the scrum, Fusaro was effective at the breakdown and Horne looks like he has clearly put the memory of his last Scotland appearance behind him!
As for the Blues, they showed glimmers of what they're capable of in the 2nd half. Is it just me or does Alex Cuthbert seem like he could only be bothered half the time? whereas players like Navidi are relentless and fully committed the whole game.

How come Chunky isn't on bemoaning red cards that were given as yellows? I was sure he was on a crusade about this. Perhaps it's only Ulster he bemoans.
Well done Glasgee, I've become a fan this season, you're my second team now although obviously not when playing Ulster.

Navidi is a gem and a half. Deserves to be part of a better squad of players than we have at present.
