What I'm saying is nearly all of my lawyers have been below the tm value, which is not cool my asexual friend.

I don't even know how laywers work. I'm assuming that lawyers do not have to be 20% over the TM value? if thats the case and looking at recent offers for players like Milner who went for £15m despite his contract finishing soon. Liverpool will need to make a realistic offer for Beneteke around £32m which is what is being reported.

Lawyers can be over, under or the same as TM. They can be cash only, p/ex only, or both. The cash offer could be under TM but the p/ex over, or the p/ex under, or over. If the window was open I'd have sold Mangala at a £6m loss.

This is a lot similar to the old lawyers which everyone hated and complained about fairness. Why the change?

Never before has this been done Viva. You know that. And it was changed, along with bringing in a transfer window, to make things more interesting. You forget we had no league for 2+ months because no-one wanted to sign up for more of the same.
