This is 20 minutes long, so I don't imagine anyone will watch the whole thing, but it gives a pretty good idea of the challenges facing rugby coaches in Japan. Eddie Jones has to work through an interpreter (although he'll occasionally shout in Japanese) and trying to coach basic skills to some young outside backs.

It's not a joke video, where Jones melts down in the face of incomprehension, but it shows how big the gap is between uncoached athletes and effective rugby players.
