Put my first Geoff Steel promo up in ages, might not be my best work but said what I want to say and I'll get back into the swing of things soon enough, I've left him in the ring if anyone from the match wants to jump in

Viper, I've fired back and left as I am not sure when my time is gonna be free and I don't want it hanging in the air. Plus Stevens seems like the type to talk when no one is listening anyway.
I had another one started in my head that was gonna have the Arrows backstage so I'll keep that ticking over when i've got time and see if I can post it later on in the week.

Morning 6CW.
I know you guys probably think I just come here to promote WWA so you probably won't take any notice of this but after a lengthy amount of time, it's so nice to finally reveal that I am actually apart of the 6CW roster... I can finally join in with the daily 6CW banter!

Enigma, I may have missed something but are you Enigma (as in the wrestler) or are you part of The Forgotten...if you're Hokori...we need to work on some promos together seeing as we're tag team champions.
I've got a few ideas haha

I know a couple of you have speculated that I am behind the Enigma character but I am actually Hokori, member of The Forgotten.

I think with only a few weeks filming its unlikely he's starring in a blockbuster - Appearing in someone else's movie as himself in a 'hilarious' cameo probably more likely

Twist - I've just finished an interesting book by Dave Gorman in which he talks about his loathing of companies that specialise in SEO - He referred to there being two types 'white hat' and 'black hat' - Is that a commonly used term and which hat do you wear?

Re: 6CW Chat v7
Yeah it's very common term. There are a few distinctions between them but basically:
Black hat creates spam websites to build links to the main site they're targeting. White hat uses standard seo practices to increase a websites rank. So toeing Google's line.
I wear a grey hat. There are some no no techniques that Google hates that are standard practice nowadays. But I don't go all the way to the darkside

Morning all - In an attempt to get some chat going again I thought I would start an impromptu discussion about best of - In the absence of a formal award show(whatever happened to that ??)

Re: 6CW Chat v7
We taking this as 2015 or NoG to NoG?
I think Joshua v GazzyD is a good match of the year shout but there are loads out there. I think feud of the year goes to Leone v Costello, but also loved Red Arrows v Forgotten.
Storyline wise I have enjoyed Woods breakdown and obviously the Forgotten. I think the Adamson face turn needs highlighting too based upon his history and it still working!
Thunder should be superstar of the year. I think Dolph should get promoer of the year for keeping the Arrows fresh for so long.
Will have a think about the other two categories.
Morning everyone, have you seen the memes taking the pee out of South Africa?! I'm now rooting for Japan against Scotland! Think that's who they play next.
To the geeks.....how was Dr Who on Saturday? Missed it.

Re: 6CW Chat v7
I felt it was a little rushed too be honest Twist - Missy had all the best lines and I'm really struggling to become invested in Capaldi as I was with the previous incarnations
OK as an opener, some nice nods to the past but only a 5/10 for me - I will add that I watched it with my wife who insisted on talking through most of it, telling me she doesn't get it and reminding me X Factor had started so I may well give it a second watch tonight in the comfort and solitude of my Peterborough hotel room

I'm not a big fan of the daleks - They don't carry the same threat as other enemies of the Dr. Not sure if this is because I grew up during a time where they were widely mocked or if it's because even in modern times they look really dated
The opening twist was interesting and I love the fact they have brought back Missy

The Dalek voice still gives me shivers and makes me geek out hopefully this will be the start of a great time for Capaldi as the Dr, last season was terrible and I am counting down until Clara says goodbye, I was really hoping that she really died in that episode but I say her and Missy time jumped

Re: 6CW Chat v7
Hopefully we get a few more answers to the QOTD/Awards...I wanted to go in depth to encourage some debate.
Match of the year
I think Twist is right...Gazzy v Joshua was a massive match because it was the culmination of a brilliant build for Joshua as well as the end of Gazzy D's career...it also brought the Forgotten to the forefront more than ever
Feud of the year
Personally I just have to say I've really enjoyed Wood's run of feud's. Since N.O.G V I've got to take on promoers like MtotheC, Twist, Cult and now it looks like I get to work with Dicey. I feel like Wood is getting the CM Punk treatment in the sense that he might not always win but he's always getting to face big names or legends which to me feels like a compliment.
Storyline of the year
The Forgotten for me win this hands down as it's a storyline that has slowly built since the day Jones lost control and it's still going and constantly feeling new
Best Newcomer/Next big thing
Aaron Heath for both of these...I think we all know how talented a promoer that Kenty is so it should come as no surprise that I've picked his character for both these categories...I see Heath as a World Champion within the next year or so but for now I'm going to enjoy his time in the mid to upper midcar.
Superstar of the year
I'd say it's close between Vincent Costello or Joshua but I feel that Costello just takes it, M has done a great job over the last two years to build a character who you hate and love all at once. I think his work with Costello might be my favourite since I started e-fedding as he has managed to create the perfect heel who doesn't feel cliche while still ticking the boxes. I hope I can do the same with Austin Stevens.
Promoer of the year
Thunder...I'm probably biased (because he's a friend...not because he's me!) but I think Thunder's promos are great as each tries to tell a story while showing you who Thunder is. The idea of a super hero wrestler can be hard to make work as it has the issue of becoming too comedic or cheesy but right now Thunder is teaming with a former World Champion and taking on the biggest threat this company might have ever seen...I think that's testament to Thunder's writing.

The ending was definitely a red herring for me - Missy is definitely too clever to allow herself to be exterminated so easily and the time jumping was referenced a lot in the episode

Tardis survives, Clara dead, Missy survives is my prediction.
My wife's theory was Missy survives because Xmas special is meant to be Missy v River Song. Spoiler.
Next week's trailer had Doctor in the Tardis saving the child Davros, so that's probably okay.

I can't see Clara dying in the first episode (wishful thinking), you don't see the tardis either in next week's clip only at the end of the episode where the Dr shows up with a Dalek weapon to kill young Davros
