606v2 Most Supported Team

Basically want to know who is most represented on 606v2.

I'm a Mets fan.

A Mets fan been to Shea a few times and now Citi Field a couple of times when I go over

NYY supporter.

I'm also a Yankee fan. I've been to the Stadium four times already. I've got tickets for two more. Hoping to be there when Jeter gets to 3000. Also going to Miller Park to see the Brewers next month.

Red Sox and Yankees lead. Surprise surprise.

I chose an NY team for the same reason as you MTM, support the G-Men and wanted a baseball team from the same city. I chose the Yankees because of their rich history and overall culture, not because of success. If someone else someday overtook the yankees as the most successful club in the bigs I'd still follow them.

Most supporters on here bar one or two (including yourself) seem to follow AL East clubs anyway.

To be honest I'm not a massive Mets fan, I like watching the Cardinals, Reds and Blue Jays too. It's my first season I'm just getting into it.

I wasn't having a pop at "glory hunters", it's just the amount of people you see in Yankees and Lakers gear that know absolutely nothing about the sports.
