Is there any good applications out there for the Blackberry. I'm looking for anything football related.

Ones I use
Sky Sports Score Centre - live scores, get to select favourite teams and get updates on goals and the home page shows next game, table, last game.
ScoreMobile - is an American app, covers EPL, MLS, La Liga, Serie A, and also NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MMA, F1, Tennis, Golf, Cricket, NASCAR, and NCAA.
ScoreMobileFC - also American, covers All leagues in England, Scotland, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, etc.

If you want fully football get ScoreMobileFC, but I follow different sports so I got ScoreMobile as well.

ScoreMobile is great for calendars and alerts. I've got the Mets schedule til September and next seasons Giants schedule saved. It alerts you when there's 15 minutes til the start and I get alerts for every scoring play, score every 3 innings, close game alert, and bases loaded.

Get the twitter app & follow the sky sports guys, they update their twitter before writing a full report. You often get breaking news on twitter before anywhere else.
