Questions Wanted - Experienced Premier League Academy Coach Saul Isaksson-Hurst
On Wednesday Evening. We're interviewing Saul Isaksson-Hurst - The focas of the interview will be on the development of youth players
Saul is a football coach with 10 years experience of working in Premier League Academy football with Tottenham Hotspur FC and Chelsea FC. He has a particular strength and interest in working in the Foundation Phase (8-11s), but he has experience of working with all age ranges in elite football.
For the past 12 years He has also been working as in individual technical coach with his business PDA Football, working with aspiring academy players. During this time he has been successful in developing players who have signed for Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Watford, Leyton Orient and Barnet FC. Players have also gone on to play for England and Northern Ireland.
Should be an interesting chat - Let me if you have any questions?

What do you think English academies do better than other countries?
Where do you think English academies have to change?
At ages 8-11, what are the main focuses?
