Chris Lappin is joined by Daryl Willard.

Daryl is Football Coach with over 10 years experience and discusses early career working the Premier League academies of Chelsea and Tottenham.

Daryl tells how a phone call out the blue from the Tony Adams ended in him moving to Azerbaijan where he coached at two top level clubs and became a sporting director with the Football Federation of Azerbaijan.

He also his coaching philosophy and his current role at Buckswood School.
