ALL - I'll be updating this on an on-going basis with details on LIVE TV rugby coverage - next week we have the Churchill Cup and more Super Rugby
PLUS the IRB Junior World Championships, with coverage for the 'Home Nations' teams provided by S4C, Eurosport2 and SKY
Details to be posted in the early part of next week
CARI - yep. I'll just delete the matches that have already taken place and add the new ones. Massive for Hobo

That's a good idea Penfro - you can just add to it each week rather than start a whole new thread every week now it's a sticky

Good man Penfro.
The layout looks brilliant on here. It really lends it more clarity, when compared to the BBC version. Nice one man.

Annoying that the IRB have not stated which Sky channel will be showing the JWC games.

ah the changes were expected Glas, and not all of them are bad. I didn't have much hope we'd win this one anyway so just interested to see how the lads perform.

GLAS / DREAMER - Can't seem to find anything on the IRB JWC site, but in previous competitions there were rules regarding squad rotation and you had to rotate the players. If that is still the case this seems to be the better of the remaining 2 matches to do it in and then go for the big win against Italy to secure the 4th berth for the Semi-finals as best runners-up out of the 3 groups

Yes, aim for the last possible qualification spot! That's where we all came unstuck at senior level in the regions this year.

Is anyone attempting a mammoth 06:30 - 21:00 continuous rugby session? It's tempting, but I have to go out and run some errands.
In 2009 there was one day that went:
New Zealand Vs France
Australia Vs Italy
Lions tour match
England Vs Argentina
Saxons in the Churchill Cup
Canada Vs Georgia
Watched the first 5 matches and fell asleep at half-time during the 6th!

Re: PENFRO's LIVE TV GUIDE (Updated Friday 16/12/2016 @ 12:19)
Shame. They said during the match all the countries they were beaming to. Seemed an awful lot. So the NH are ony interested in their own games? I suppose we're lucky. My only moan with the Rugby channel is theres too much rugby! so perhaps I shouldnt moan. You'd love it. They have all sorts of archive replays- documentaries and commentary of all the great eras players and matches, one on one interviews with the greats- stuff you just wouldnt see mainstream.
Also a huge number of school 1st xv matches, club finals and of course replay after replay of the big matches of the week. 24 hours and 7 as well.
Its great.

Not sure about this. I don't think that it's possible to record directly from the red button. But I suspect that if you put a recordable DVD or an old VCR in line between the +box and the telly it should be able to record the program.
Worth a try?

You should be able to sky plus the red button. Try pressing record on the programme that is on at the same time and it should offer you the red button alternative too.
