Favourite current fighter.
I think GGG is a monster. Not only has he heavy hands, he is extremely accurate and lands hurtful accurate punches. Is great at cutting off the ring and has very good boxing skills.
GGG does everything right and has a fan friendly style.
Who is yours and why?

Kovalev is my fav at the moment. Probably Canelo just below. British wise I like Eubank jnr and Tyson Fury. Fury more for his character than his boxing.

First time I dont have a clear favourite. Was Eubank then Lewis then Hopkins.
I like Canelo and Andre Dirrell. Spent a little bit of time with Peter Quilin and I wanted to get behind him, but hes been disappointing

Not a favorite as such but I have a high regard for BJS......Beaten pretty much every domestic rival and he's such a clever fighter......Always seems aware how the fight is going and how much he needs to do to win...
Very smart..

he must be very smart to show that kind of judgement truss... Lee fight could have gone the other way, eubank fight was tight in the end. The alternate theory is that he's a lazy f*cker who gasses and has got away with it so far, but you might be right.
Can't say I have a favourite fighter at the moment though I'm really pleased for Crolla, he's really making the best of what he has.

Re: Favourite current fighter.
Agree on BJS, like watching him too. Always thought he has stamina issues and gasses after the midway point before getting a second wind for the championship rounds as opposed to his knowing how much he needs to do to win. Could be right though. Seemed to pace himself a bit better in the Lee fight.

What part wasn't clear? What you put was put for no other reason to get a reaction, easier to act before it starts to be honest. Quite honestly I'm bored of the racism card being thrown in to every Khan debate.

Frampton for me.
I like watching Kovalev, Golovkin, Crawford, Gonzalez and Lomachenko but I wouldn't get up in the middle of the night to watch them.
Have a lot of time for Fury, too.

Like watching Golovkin and Kovalev as it's more than likely they will KO their opponent.
Also love watching Lara and Rigondeaux(when he actually fights) as they produce the sweet science.

Wasn't that keen on Froch. Exciting fighter but I was pulling for Kessler and Groves (first fight). I also needed Ward to beat him as I'd bet £25 on him to win the Super Six at 10-1 (would have bet £50 but had put a cap on daily betting amount!).
Before Frampton I was a big John Murray fan. Gary Sykes, JuanMa Lopez, Joel Casamayor (bit of an eclectic mix to put it mildly).

I agree Truss. I like seeing a big guy with skills. He can fight on the inside or the outside.
I think Smith will become the man at 168. What are his whiskers like??

Re: Favourite current fighter.
Kovalev and Golovkin are 2 of my favourites for the exact reasons given by Jermaine.
Neither seem to be scared of a challenge and are exciting to watch.
I like Joshua too. Granted he is far from the finished article but he's doing whatever is asked of him and he is powerful, skilled and exciting. He also has a nasty streak once in the ring. I for one am looking forward to his likely fight against Parker. Whilst not top drawer it could be a humdinger.
I like Brook too but he needs a decent fight. His mandatory taken care of, he now should fight someone worthwhile!
I am always a big fan of any boxer who takes on all-comers as well.

Re: Favourite current fighter.
Anthony Crolla - think he surprised most every time he steps in that ring and he's a really nice guy to boot, only problem is he likes Man U but we can let him off for that one.
Tommy Coyle - mostly in crackers and just loves to fight, see where he goes next but Euro is his level methinks
Khan - his personality and the fact he was chasing Mayweather for so long really peed me off but he's a good little fighter and always gives his all.

You don't say Ad ;-) I don't think he's as good as he thinks he is but he's always in brilliant scraps (plus he gave us Prescott which at the time seemed like a kick in the teeth to PPV ;-)
Bloody hell, how did I forget Donaire and Lomachenko, love Donaires honesty and he's another always in brilliant fights and Lomo is just a joy to watch especially for anyone studying the game.

If someone wants to learn to box, Loma should be the man to watch. He is so fluid in everything he does. Great, great talent.

I thought Russell blamed ill preparation or something. It was probably just talk, because Loma handled him easy.
