A defensive deep line to combat the speed of Lacazette, this in turn opens up the midfield for Kroos to dictate the flow of the game whilst Krychowiak ensures Iniesta is shackled. On the wings really use the width of the pitch and stretch their defence, FBs double up where possible.
Ensure their wingers are kept to the outside, they're weak at crosses. Sanches to act as B2B, get the ball in space and run at the defence. Janssen be a predator in the box latching onto crosses & ready to pounce on loose balls.
Subs: if winning at 75m - Weigl for Sanches, sit with Krychowiak and protect the back then hit counter
If losing at 70m - Jesus for Krychowiak, play just off Janssen and pull markers off

-Dominate possession with Iniesta pulling strings from deep, working with Silva to play Lacazette in at every opportunity who will make runs in behind.
-Off the ball i want to press them, not allowing them to shift the ball about which they are good at.
-Defensively Sokratis should be able to handle Jannsen's strength up front and movement with Marquinhos working off him covering around the back with pace. Vrsaljko and Wendell to push on in support of Sane and Elia.
-Wanyama to cover the wings from Bale operating on the wings.
-Do not get caught out defensively.
Subs: Diallo, Nelom, Piszczek, Palmer, Ziyech, Aduriz.
80th Minute: Ziyech on for Elia to freshen up the pace on the wing looking to cut in and create.
85th Minute: Aduriz to come on and work the CB's with strength.

Re: Week Five Results
Real Madrid get the 2-0 (?) default win due to Olly not putting in tactics.

Macc Town FC VS MK Dons
- Spoiler:
These two teams fought out this game and it was Macclesfield who made the quicker start, and took the lead in the eigth minute with Kroos playing a nice one two with Martial before sending a low shot into the bottom corner. Macc Town continued to stay on top, with Bale missing a big chance after cutting inside Wendell and Zoet saving a header from Janssen. Macc Town were not to be denied for long though, as Martial was sent through by an excellent ball from Kroos to slot home the second goal. MK Dons nearly hit back immediately when Silva found himself with a lot of space in the middle and played the perfect through ball to Lacazette who shot just wide.
The second half saw an improved MK Dons who halved the defecit straight away, Sanches being robbed of the ball by Iniesta who played a quick ball to Sane who powered the ball past Donnarumma. Silva then created two big chances, the first being from being fouled by Sanches but the free kick from the edge of the box was poor and the second playing the ball perfectly to Elia but the shot was easily saved by Donnarumma. Macc Town were still a threat and got their third on the counter attack with a long ball finding Bale who took one touch to control and perfectly placed the ball into the bottom corner to seal the points.
Analysis
MK Dons have a solid back four, and I can see Marquinhos and Sokratis easily dealing with Janssen, along with Wendell and Vrsaljiko putting up a fight against Bale and Martial. But while they do their best the MK Dons wingers can do something special to win the game. The main issue for me was the midfield balance in the MK Dons side, which clearly missed Naingolan today. And telling Wanyama to help the full backs deal with the wingers meant it was Silva and Iniesta against Kroos, Sanches and Krychowiak with the Macclesfield midfield coming out on top. Elia is also needing to be upgraded, I'd have even been tempted to play Piszczek at RM which would have allowed more support to the full back. As for MK Dons, Janssen and Fabinho are the two players who could do with an upgrade but it's a good side. I'm also a bit unsure why Kimmich doesn't start. Silva wasn't dealt with as a threat in the tactics which could have been costly but wasn't fortunately, and with home advantage Macc Town get the win.
Macc Town 3-1 MK Dons
Kroos 6 ----- Sane 50
Martial 14
Bale 84

Re: Week Five Results
Janssen and Fabinho are both 2nd choice so I'm happy with that, would usually have Dybala and Hysaj.
