New Toulon manager may be sacked before he begins
http://www.planetrugby.com/news/dominguez-reportedly-set-to-be-sacked-by-toulon/
Toulon manager Diego Dominguez could be sacked just weeks after taking over from Bernard Laporte.
Infosport allege that despite Dominguez being brought in last season in order to get a better feel for the club before taking on the role, he may never get the chance to fully take over with Mourad Boudjellal opting to dismiss him.
The same report suggests that former England head coach Stuart Lancaster and New Zealand's World Cup-winning coach Graham Henry are on the shortlist to take over.
Fabien Galthié is another name heavily linked with the role.
Marc del Maso, who worked as a scrum coach with Japan during the last Rugby World Cup, is already set to replace Jacques Delmas as the club's forwards coach, but L'Equipe report that part of the reason for the departure of Dominguez is his refusal to work with Del Maso.

The Bjellybaby strikes again.
It's all getting a bit Man United in terms of the treatment of head coaches on the south coast of France.

Lancaster would do really well there.
I just envision it as one massive scout camp, all the players making stuff and completing simple team exercises with Stu cheering them on from the side. Before they all gather round the bonfire at sunset and he leads a round of 'Cumbaya'.
Winning stuff.

Speaking as a Leeds fan, we'd love someone with as much integrity (and money) as Mourad Boudjellal in the chairman's office !!

Seemingly Paul O'Connell turned down a coaching role there because there is no coaching required with their senior team and they are not arsed with the academy!

"Since his departure, Lancaster has been an adviser to the Football Association, the NFL and British Cycling."
So I see his time with the FA has really helped them progress.....

So not arsed that they got to the Semi Finals of the Elite 1 competition.
