Re: ERL Season 4 - Week Ten
Sorry Bathite.
I think WE can make it upto you
It's been stressful, would you be able to consider our offer with ease and no hitches?
It'd have to be;
Lawes + Palmer + Ayerza + Ansbro + Evans
=
Nallet + Thion + Parr + Kahui + Halfpenny

Im not blogs, I stated my reasons fluxy knows it was wrong and it's sorted.
But that message is a bit too childish, sorry to spoil this childish conversation aswell.
Im going to sleep on this and come back in the morning, when banafan-aka-hon actually reads and sees sense and see im not in the wrong and nor im a whinging or bad person.
I have to explain what happened to pullthestrings otherwise mine and fluxy's misunderstanding would still be going on right now on the homepage.
The fiasco has defused now.

Re: ERL Season 4 - Week Ten
Bath 23-29 Stade
Stade are better in the Forwards for me and in the backs. Bath have home advantage but not enough
Clermont 19-24 Saracens
Sarries narrowly take the forwards but the backs are dominant. Both have decent sets of subs
Leicester 16-16 Ospreys
Beastly forwards. Leicester take the front row mainly cos Bruno stands out as a major weakness. Ospreys take second row as Roussow stands out. Back row goes to Tigers I prefer them in all positions, 8 is close. Forwards to Tigers. Halfbacks is about equal. Slight edge maybe to Tigers. Back three to Ospreys just. Davies stands out but I prefer the Ospreys wings. Centres to Ospreys which a combination that is terrifying. Backs to Ospreys by slightly bigger margin but home advantage counters it.
Thought this deserved full reasoning as to how I got what I got!!!!
Leinster 28 – 21 Saints
Forwards go to Saints by skin of their teeth. Backs though quite easily to Leinster and home advantage
Toulouse 36-25 Gloucester
Only 1 player from Gloucester would get in Toulouse team. Tolouse are becoming more dominant as combos fit together.

You mean I may have defused it, doesn't mean I'm happy with it.
I reckon you need to buck up the ideas and keep on the low. you haven't made a good start of this have you really.

Re: ERL Season 4 - Week Ten
WEEK 10 FINAL RESULTS
Bath 24 - Stade 26
Bath were winning this right up to the end, but Stade's finishing power out wide saw them through, as mitchell scooted over with 8 minutes to go.
Biarritz 29 - Highlanders 24
This game was much closer than the scoreline shows, as both teams traded blows. Quade orchestrated the backs beautifully, but in the end, it was Wilkinson who kicked the penalties that Lawes and McCaw had won at the breakdown
Clermont 19 - Saracens 31
Saracens backline was at full strength and caused danger throughout. The big names in the back row proved to be a great complimentary trio and BDP was outstanding in the set piece. Clermont showed signs of class, but lacked bite up front. If the rumours about their next foreign signing are true, then you would fancy them at home next week.
Leicester 33 - Ospreys 22
The tigers are normally unbeatable at home and the Ospreys re-jigged backline made this even more difficult. In an open game, it was the trio of Croft Spies and Broussow that secured good ball and allowed the flood to release the monsters out wide.
Leinster 32 - Northampton 21
Leinster had too much at home for a Saints team still in development. Saints competed in the front five, but it was the irish provinces backs, with the in form de jongh and iaone in particular causing the damage.
Toulouse 37 - Toulon 21
Nothing can stop the Toulouse machine and the difference in quality was apparent in this 5 try romp. Toulon competed in the front 5 admirably, but lambie was starved of ball as Read was rampant.

Fair comments but 37-21 is harsh, the final prediction score will be 50-20 by the end.

Re: ERL Season 4 - Week Ten
What do you mean 50-20?
It was the bottom playing the top side away from home mate! Aeverage score was 29-21, which is realistic, but 8/8 went for wins

Re: ERL Season 4 - Week Ten
I'll keep it simple mate. If you want to see Week 10 Final Results, then look at the post, Week 10 Final results!
Results are calculated by averaging the scores and then adding 1 point to the team that got the win.
So, your average score was Toulouse 29-21 Toulon
However, all 8 people had predicted a Toulouse win.
Therefore,
Toulouse = 29+8 = 37
Toulon = 21+0 = 21
You get me?

Re: ERL Season 4 - Week Ten
You weren't joking about the maths!
My scorers are wrong again mate, only adds up to 26! You robbed me of a try last time as well!

Re: ERL Season 4 - Week Ten
I go down to 31 and get it from that.
An example Northampton beating Leeds 31-24 this season.
Tries - Ashton, Dowson
Penalties - Geraghty(1), Myler(3)
Conversions - Geraghty(2)
That's what mine says for you, two try scorers, four penalties and two conversions adding up to 31.
