And Englands number 12 for the AI's is fit and pumping over the points again....
Saracens are a brutal and great example of just taking points when they are within range.
Its always been said just keep the scoreboard ticking over...and it puts pressure on the opposition and Saracens are just so efficient at doing it.

Re: Saracens v Scarlet
Would you say that Mako has lost quite a bit of weight (fat). Was that one of the instructions from Eddie Jones?
He looks leaner and fitter this season.

Yeah, that's probably why I mistook him for Billy. I think that you're right I do remember hearing something about no place in the team for fatties or similar. I think Billy looks leaner too actually.

Re: Saracens v Scarlet
Billy looked leaner last season aswell...but Mako was VERY heavy. It looks as though hes been through as serious conditioning programme this season....
Maybe the same one as the Big Z - Savickas (if you watch the world strongest man stuff) hes unrecognisable!

Yep - he used to have quite a gut. Whatever they've been doing has been working, that much is clear.

Mako almost did it again! Did I imagine it or did they say at half time he managed to slot a penalty from 50m when warming up pre match?
I Hope Itoge a precautionary measure too..

Its very effective.

Great score by Scarlets. Second try and Patchell converts.
37-26 to Saracens. 6 mins left. LBP for Scarlets possibly?

Poopie defence by Scarlets as Patchell jumps out and lets another stroll in.
44-26. Game over.

Fair play Sarries are something else
The result aside, I think that's the most enjoyable match I have watched in a long time.

They do have a lot of critics, but I think they've added an attack to their game plan in the last couple of years and so fans are starting to like them. They have also started to have there own developed players deliverScarletSpiderman wrote:Fair play Sarries are something else

I thought Sarries played well and deserved their victory. Scarlets, I'm sure, gave it their best efforts but Saracens do take a bit of stopping.
Well played Saracens and congratulations to their supporters.

Re: Saracens v Scarlet
Thought Tompkins did very well (especially for a young lad) and has a good future, but MotM had to be Farrell yesterday. He looked very, very good in all aspects of his game. Mako looking in the form of his life too.
Fair play to Scarlets for a bit of a comeback (plenty of sides would have shipped 60+ there), but Sarries really are one heck of a side. It's them and Clermont setting the early pace.
