protein supplements Empty protein supplements

Hi All

so I have just started taking the gym serious these past 2 months. Used to go before but stop start etc and my diet was poor. But Since November I have really been wrking hard at the gym and dieting right.

Anyway for the past month I have been taking protein supplements and creatine. My routine is a whey protein isolate drink about 30 minutes before my workout, a whey protein hydroslate about 10 minutes after my workout and at night I take a casein protein drink. I also take 5g of creatine monohydrate after my workout.

I feel like the supplements have really helped. I can now bench 4 reps on the bench press at 115kgs where as before I was stuck on 100kgs. I have gained weight from about 93kgs to 97kgs but I have also lost fat and within the next 4 weeks my aim is to have some serious abs.

Anyway what is everyones experiences of protein supplements and creatine? what about pre-workout drinks?
