Danny Green v Anthony Mundine
Only just realised this fight happened today. While the result is completely irrelevant how on earth did this possibly get made.
I know Mundine previously campaigned at SMW but 5 of his last 6 fights have been at LMW and was stopped in his last over a year ago. Who on earth thought it would be a good idea to put him in with a Cruiserweight all be in a pretty over the hill one?
Could you imagine if that was in the UK and somebody tried to stick Jimmy Kelly in with Ovill McKenzie.

Mundine has been finished for years, Clottey bounced him off the canvas and only a ref counting in slow motion saved him

No way, Australia couldn't generate that. Too small a country and market.
Ps - Mundine's a scum bag so don't care he deserved in or not

Joe Calzaghe labelled Mundine a fake champion and he was correct. Mundane only earned the cruddy "regular" belt when Kessler had the real one, even managed to get himself knocked out against Sven Ottke. Not only that he was and still is a merchant banker.

The Judges had a wide variety of scores. The Aussie Judge had it a draw 94-94 one Judge 96-94 and the other one 98 -96. I haven't seen the fight only read that Mundine threw an illegal blow which almost stopped Green in the first round.Neither of them are world class but if they can make money fighting each other I suppose they will carry on.
