Sunday Time Magazine - Rafa on cover page
Hi all Rafa Fans,
Congrats to all of us for our man's 6th French Open title.
We all know what a lovely man he is and how humble he is. However, on Sunday Times Magazine http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/ date 5th June 2011, the author thinks that the rafa and his world we know of is very much made up just like most super sport stars. I don't care about his personal lifestyle because for me it is all about his game - a clever player I think he is! However, I couldn't stop thinking about who is the real rafa - what else does he like other than fishing?
Would any of you rafa fan know something about him - I am not trying to be a stalker (my friends think I am), but just really want to know the real rafa. Of course I will always love him for his game and for his contribution to this wonderful game of tennis.
Good luck RAFA for Wimby

Re: Sunday Time Magazine - Rafa on cover page
We are trying not to mention this horrible article! I was delighted when I saw that Rafa was on the front of the Sunday Times magazine but read the article and was horrified. However, it doesn't seem like the author comes from a very nice place herself, and seeing as all the articles/reports from people behind the scenes/our own experiences have reported back with Rafa as nothing but friendly and gracious, I'd choose to ignore her take on things.
None of us could profess to know Rafa other than from what we read/see - but in any "meeting" I've had with him he has always been polite, kind and patient.
