Hartley's a shoo-in for starting hooker. Can't think of a better hooker to have started a game for England in this time.

Given the only time England were standout the best team in the world was in 2001-2004 I think its fair to say those players would make up nearly every position.

Hmmm. Get in a strop because people make threads that you don't agree with. So start a load yourself. Then get stroppy when people comment on them (like you did with FES on the Scottish one)! Tough day in work???! Ha ha!
