Ex-AB Michael Jones has been made a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to the Pacific community and youth overnight

Best back rower I have seen, but I never try to measure players in different positions.

Of course he has received the award for off-field activities (as should be the way with awards like this) rather than his playing prowess.
