All Blacks v Lions - 1st Test Predictions

We have threads from everything on the Lions tour, but not seen a prediction one (apologies if there is one..).

So here we go... Let's keep it simple and not turn it into a battle ground.

How about simply using the poll to predict the first test result and add your score prediction below....

Never know, someone better than me at this (hint hint Sportform), may turn it into a All Black/Lions Competition thread for the Tests.

Ok, I have used SportForm's Prediction competition rules (hope that's Ok SportForm) and put your predictions in.. (in the spoiler below incase you want to read them)

NZ 20-16 Lions.

NZ 26 - 17 Lions

Lot of moral victories for the Lions here. Surely if NZ score less than 30 it counts as a win?

The Lions will hang in there for a bit.

But the Kiwis know how to beat Warrenball.

NZ by more than two scores, because their players are better and they have played together far more than the Lions.

NZ by about 125 points because the Lions are jet lagged

So much class in that New Zealand backline I can't see any other result.

The lions outside backs are very good, but the ball has to get to them and so far that has been the problem.

I think Lions will dominate the set piece and it will yield points through penalties. However the NZ pack looks so dynamic, I can see the breakdown and contact area belonging to the All Blacks.

NZ 21-16 Lions. Farrell to miss 6-9 points with the boot! (But I'm not advocating Halfpenny starting, before I'm accused of anything! )

I think NZ by somewhere between 10 and 20 points. Something like 35-20.

Scottish indifference.

New Zealand more focused on the America's Cup. The first two test matches will slip by unnoticed.
