I agree.
At worst maybe go for 10 teams and the 2 that aren't picked are automatic wins.

guys I think we need to make a decision on whether we go ahead with this or not otherwise I think we risk people who were committed losing interest and dropping out. 10 teams I think is OK and then we keep trying for more managers.

Absolutely Nick. I shall put up a list of teams with budgets, then each manager that has indicated they wish to take part can then select their side.
