Deportivo Wanka v Fussball
- Voter 1:
- Deportivo v Fussball
Could see this being a really high scoring game. Trebs has set-up really well, and I can see Rashford having a lot of success against the Deportivo CBs. Also getting Fellaini to drop back for flick ons and headers is inspired, as it will draw the CBs out creating more space for Rashford in behind. Whilst Trebs has set-up well to cope with the wide players of Wanka, I can see Jiminez have a lot of joy and he is a good player.
Deportivo - Strong out wide, but need work at CM and CB
Fussball - Well balanced, so step improvements throughout, with perhaps the CMs as first priority
Fussball WIN
- Voter 2:
- wanka v Fußball
Certainly feel from this game that Trebs has planned more so against his opponent than Nando has for him and he's tried to mix things up with the formation etc. Playing to his strengths of a physical battle and that's where I'd look to continue with that team going forward, it's not pretty but it does win games. I don't though think his plan to deal with Callejon works, Baines has a hard time over the 90 mins. Nando's putting together a nice side but I'm going to give Trebs the narrowest of wins due to the tactics.
Fußball win
- Voter 3:
- Deportivo Wanka v Fussball
Fußball Win - Just
Deportivo have shaped well to face Fußball even with an extremely weakened team. Payet should be looking to play with more width and Fellaini should have been replaced for a wide man of some sort to play wide on that side as well. I like the idea of how Trebs has set up but i dont think this is going to win him the league and i am going to give him the win this week. I think if Nando didn't have so many injuries this would have been tougher for Trebs.

Re: Week 2 Results
Kalamazoo Outrage v Olympique Marswag
- Voter 1:
- Kalamazoo Outrage v Olympique Marswag
Outrage Good: Lots of quality, bold formation, one of the strongest sides in the league.
Outrage Bad: Asensio slightly out of his best position, may be an issue in future matches, fullbacks need improving soon. Not sure on Gomez amongst the rest of the attack.
Marswag Good: Solid formation, a fan of the midfield pairing, and Immobile is a great addition.
Marswag Bad: No depth to replace Robben, need a new LB and AM kinda urgently.
Result: As much as I'd like to reward Marswag and Miky, Asensio versus Gibbs is too lopsided to ignore. Outrage win.
- Voter 2:
- Kalamazoo v Marswag
When I first looked at the sides, I thought I'd be looking at a Kalamazoo win. However, I think Miky has doe tactically very well targeting the left hand side so it became trickier. Ultimately, I think the class in Kalamzaoo would win out, but not without a scare.
Kalamazoo - Asensio, Pellegrini and Locatelli is sensational, but lack a bit of an experienced head in there. Left hand side is definitely an area to target as LB is poor and Dembele to unreliable to support him
Marswag - good work on tactics and would have win against most teams. But Gibbs, Deulofeu, Gustavo and Ritchie could all be improved upton
Kalamazoo win (just!)
- Voter 3:
- Kalamazoo vs Marswag
Robben would have torn Moreno a new one, but unfortunately injured for Marswag. Think that limits them in attack, as Moreno can cope with Ritchie down that side and that is probably the weakest link for Kalamazoo. I think the sides are well matched in midfield, but Hero's wheeling and dealing has got him the two best players in the league in Asensio/Dembele and they'll be the difference here, can't see them not feeding the lethal Werner enough chances for the win
Kalamazoo win

- Kalamazoo Outrage - Unanimous Win

Cape-Coat Mysterious Dwarfs v Deportivo Moron
- Voter 1:
- Cape-Coat Mysterious Dwarfs v Deportivo
I'm not a fan of Deportivos formation and I think they are inviting to be attacked constantly. I can see Iniesta having time and space to pick his passes from deep and although the 5 man defends frustrates Dwarfs I can't see them not scoring.
Win for Dwarfs
- Voter 2:
- Cape-coat Mysterious Dwarfs v Deportivo Moron
Dwarfs Good: Solid formation, some great players in the side, good tactics.
Dwarfs Bad: Not sure if Iniesta works in a two, not the quickest anymore. A few improvements needed but still a very good team.
Moron Good: Good system, I like the approach to frustrating the Dwarfs.
Moron Bad: I'd have played Henderson here, he may not be that good on the ball but his energy and work rate would have helped your other midfielders. Better defence and AM needed. Need to catch up quickly.
Result: A close one to call but have to go with a Dwarfs win, but a few weeks of Moron transfers and they'll be a force.
- Voter 3:
- Moron win - I see this being a pretty free scoring game, with both sides attacks being good and defences maybe a bit iffy. Moron for me have the slightly better defence, I see Dembele causing a lot of issues for the CBs and Gomez in particular. They just nick it.
Dwarf feedback - personally don't like Iniesta dictating from deep, for me he is at his best in the AM role or the furthest forward of a 3 in a 4-3-3 midfield where he can both use his intricate passing but also his really clever movement to get in between the lines. I like the wingers and Silva up top, but the Chellini injury is a bit of a killer. (also this didn't effect the outcome obvs but my OCD says bold "defensive" if you've bolded "attacking" haha)
Moron feedback - Really like this side, a lot. If you get a lawyers for Jordan Henderson and can reinvest it in a really good GK and maybe some wingers for tactical flexibility it would be really good. I would actually play Henderson ahead of Kouyate in that deeper role tbh

- Cape-Coat Mysterious Dwarfs - Split Win

Re: Week 2 Results
Shakhtar Senseless v SAS
- Voter 1:
- Shaktar vs SAS - Shaktar win
Shaktar
+ Gabriel
+ Solid Full Backs
- Mascherano doesn't have the legs for DM anymore
- Need better Wingers
SAS
+ Solid Back 4
+ I like the gung ho soccerball
- Lack of CM
- Vela is not good enough through the middle
- Jorge & Lack of Ozyakup
- Abdennour is better then Kongolo
- Voter 2:
- Shakhtar Senseless v SAS
I think this would be a tight game. Shakhtar chose not to do defensive tactics for Mertens which I think is a mistake. However I think SAS are far too overly attacking and leave themselves short defensively. This makes me think Shakhtar will pick up the win.
Win for Shakhtar
- Voter 3:
- interesting game this, I like the set-up of the home team more and think they have enough about them to get the job done in a narrow 1 goal game.
early days for all the teams so hard to give too much critique but I think Mertens is now wasted on the wing, the lad has scored a lot of goal for Napoli playing through the middle, seems a shame to move him to accomodate a largely unproven Abraham
- Result:
- Shakhtar Senseless - Unanimous Win

Re: Week 2 Results
Ebbsfleet v Fiorentina Turner
- Voter 1:
- Ebbsfleet v Fiorentina
Two very nice looking teams already in the league, can see both of these at the top end of the table come the end of the season. Tino is a veteran but for me whilst his tactics are easy to read it doesn't feel that there's not enough meat on the bones and he doesn't make the most at times of his 200 word quota, it's a bit 'just do what you're best at'. That splits the sides for me this week so giving Twist the victory.
Ebbsfleet win
- Voter 2:
- Ebbsfleet vs Tina Turner - Ebbsfleet win
Ebbsfleet
+ Attacking Wing backs
+ 2/3rd's of the back 3
- Resos
- Bartra should be in the middle he's not the quickest
- The formation suits Vardy better then Zlatan
Tina Turner
+ Belotti
+ Good width
- CB Pairing
- Malli & Mesa are both better then Jota
- Voter 3:
- Ebbsfleet vs Fiorentina Turner
I'd have played Ake as one of the wide CBs and put Bartra against Belotti. Overall it's an energetic side - question mark over Ramires and I think a more mobile striker would suit the side better than Zlatan. Having said that, Zlatan would boss the two Fiorentina CBs that need an upgrade. Do like Alves playing at RW although for future they might be better served playing wing backs? Ebbsfleet get the win for me, with more focussed tactics and a slightly better XI despite Belotti being immense.

- Ebbsfleet - Unanimous Win
