Bastareaud looks healthier now than he did when he first arrived on the scene.

Oh come on Geordie. You must have a lot of eye damage after three weeks of the 6N so far.

How many chances are they going to blow.

France today remind me of Scotland some four or five years ago. Can do everything except cleanly get those tries over the line. Every bloody attempt gets fluffed.

Is there anything worse than a drop goal with a free ball from easily kickable penalty range?

Finally a bit of interplay, inside support running...and started with a bit of magic by Basteraud.

Tied up 3 and got the offload off. Easiest MOTM ever.

Completely agree Scott.
As I mentioned before, I'm really not a fan of his, but credit where its due...he's been stand out today, in an admittedly poor game.
But apparently he has been impressive all season.

Hmmm, some of these French boys will be delighted their comrades had a bit of a controversial night out in Scotland. Whatever about the accuracy, the coach will have to reward them and it might be a whole different France developing.

Bastareaud letting his team down tonight. He's got to be dropped.

So one of the worst Tier 1 performances ever and Italy lose by over 3 converted tries. Why are they here? Don't care about the rebuilding nonsense, they've been in the 6N for nearly 2 decades.
Alright they help out my predictions a bit...

I really hope Tuilagi finally makes it back to the top level. I have fond memories of a game where he was up against Basteraud and basically took the piss all afternoon

I’ve had a few glasses of red!
I know there were loads of mistakes but I still enjoyed it. Maybe it’s just better than my usual Friday night viewing, such as Dragons v Zebre

Nice win for France. Played some good rugby. Italy was poor though.
Thought this was the game Italy might of had a chance of winning to be honest.
