Post by R!skysports Mon 26 Feb 2018, 11:51 am

So who made your team of the week - mine is below

15. Hugo Bonneval (France)
14 Keith Earls (Ireland)
13 Huw Jones (Scotland)
12 Bundee Aki (Ireland)
11 Jacob Stockdale (Ireland)
10 Finn Russell (Scotland)
9 Garath Davis (Wales)
8 CJ Stander (Ireland)
7 Hamish Watson (Scotland)
6 Sebastian Negri (Italy)
5 Jonny Gray (Scotland)
4 James Ryan (Ireland)
3 Simon Berghan (Scotland)
2 Stuart McInally (Scotland)
1 Cian Healy (Ireland)

Might be a little one eyed, but some seriously good performances across several teams this weekend

Barclay was the best player of the whole weekend for me. I was also really impressed with Leavy, will be a real battle at the breakdown when Ireland play Scotland.

I'd also have Laidlaw in, he was more or less flawless. Davies wasn't even the best scrum half playing in Dublin

I didn't see the France v Italy game, but wouldn't have any complaints with a team of the week made up completely of Scots and Irish players!

I think that's three weeks in a row where Sexton failed to get into any of these teams of the week - and him leading his side to 3 victories with most tries and most points so far.

The master is not loved by ze locals. Sad

Well, feel for England. Max 3 players with a win, 0 when we lose.

Connor Murray and Johnny Sexton the standout halfbacks for me, with Murray taking the kicking duties. Wingers should be Earls and Stockdale. Stander was pretty quiet, I'd maybe shift Barclay to 8 and have Shingler at 6. The only Welsh players who stand a chance of getting in are Shingler and Navidi as per, but even they were restricted by Jackson's odd breakdown interpretation....

Thought Mathieu Bastereau was superb, Chris Farrell too.

Did anyone else think that Italian 13 was a bit of a standout? Scott Williams wasn't bad either, seems it was a good weekend for 13's.
