European Team Championships in 2013 Empty European Team Championships in 2013

According to Athletics Weekly the European Team Championships in 2013 have been
awarded to Gateshead. Yes Gateshead ..........
I had to check if today was April 1st.
Perhaps the proposed Olympic Stadium (in Stratford unless I'm mistaken) will not be able to
stage a competition till after June 2013.
Perhaps Seb had better book Lee Valley for next years Olympic Track and Field !
