Re: Morecambe FC
It would also put me down by my best player for about 10 weeks, and for a paltry sum. I couldn't possibly replace him with that.

Re: Morecambe FC
That's pretty much for first choice XI!
I've taken a bit of a risk by overhauling most of my team over the past few weeks and offloading some of my better performing players (Turpitz, Iriome, Urribarri, Valentin etc) to bring in a fair few from that list. It looks as though we're both on the right track in terms of scouting as pretty much all of them are performing well!
Also cheers for D-Rod, he's been superb for me in the AM role

Re: Morecambe FC
Its a good offer however I'd like to keep hold of both of them for now. Really happy with the balance of my starting XI so I'd like to keep them all together for the time being.
Although I am going to accept the lawyer offer for Mandanne if you're looking for another forward

Re: Morecambe FC
I've no room for Dae sorry.
With my squad at its limit any future incomings are likely to be youngsters who I'll gamble on getting a ratings rise ahead of season 2. I'm pretty content with my season 1 squad and Grimsby look pretty unstoppable at the moment anyway!

You really like Hyam, huh? How much you got? Problem is really that I need cash, not players.

No worries, just testing the waters in case you were tempted to accept the Lawyer offer. Stats wise he does look a top defender.

I'd accept his lawyer value of £250k.
He's injured this week though so can wait until after tactics bonus if you're short on cash.

No its fine its my mistake I should have checked properly, I'm a man of my word and agreed £250k so its fine for the deal to remain. Although lesson learned!!

Re: Morecambe FC
I'm struggling for squad space as it is so certainly wouldn't have room for that type of deal.
Realistically I think the only way I would sell D-Rod is for a cash offer significantly higher than his TM value.

I'd be looking for at least double his current TM price, he's comfortably my top performing player and one I'm happy to keep for season 2 unless I have a real incentive to sell.

Re: Morecambe FC
Would need to be straight cash tbh
Would also be largely dependent on the result of my next game, if we beat Grimsby and close the gap to 4 points then I'd likely keep him to spearhead a title challenge. Any other result and I'd be inclined to sell.

Tempting for the cash boost but would rather stick with Tutino for now given his increase as I’d have to wait to cash in properly without releasing

For player exchange it would be tough tbh as he’s 73 rated at dm going on the calculator - so would be one I’d be happy keeping next season

I'm actually interested in him for him. Not the potential increase.
Happy to put some kind of clause in the deal based on tm value if that helps?

Basically needs stupid money (or trade equivalents).
Might be tempted in a couple weeks. If I can’t win any games soon then I may abandon all my players to die in places like Morecambe

Re: Morecambe FC
I wouldn't say anyone is off limits right now apart from Aliendro (who i won't have until next season anyway). Olsen, Kamara, Anuar and Edu are the ones I would LIKE to keep hold of. But I know you got to take a hit to gain sometimes.
I was going to do something along the lines I offered Trebs - Singh and x for Campos and Grant but see Grant is worth a bit more now!
I am prepared to take a hit in my forward line to get a CB and someone else basically. I quite like Grant too but I am guessing you want to cash in on him?

Re: Morecambe FC
I have no players that are of that value to give you, only players that will probably reach that value in the future. Aliendro being one of them, Kamara and Anuar being others. Oh and Edu
So it is whether TM value is more important to you - which I wouldn't grumble about because it is fair enough. But for me Aliendro is worth more than Grant. Just not in cold hard TM cash it would seem!

Ok, given that I really can't see him being 720k for very much longer due to his form, how much more would i need to offer to get Campos and Grant?
I can't offer 2m that Grant is currently so I am banking on your good old football noggin thinking the same as I do - that Edu is likely to be worth much more in the near future

Ok that is cool.
Shall we pause now for a couple of weeks and see where we are at after I have got the cash? Edu might have a price rise before then I suppose too. Might make the deal a bit easier when I actually have the funds.
Just let me know if you ever think about selling Grant and Campos before then please.

If you still wanted Sparv for cash I could probably let go for 600k

I literally just sent Tactics with him in, do you want me to change him or will you not use?

Sparv fits them well too, looks like a Viking! He was always brill for me and would’ve been good enough for next season but have moved formation to get more attacking players in seeing that’s the bit I’ve got right.
Going to a German game is on my to do list, sounds like they’ve got the perfect setup for fans! Hamburg fans are class too, they have a connection with Rangers, can find videos of them singing Gers songs at their games Was only a few years ago they were playing Celtic and Glasgow went mental with them all getting ranked up in Gers bars before the game
I’m the same way for watching games, used to be playing too, but struggle these days with work
