I'd swap him for Callum Evans

Not too keen on dropping down to 24 players and would prefer to release him for nothing when I have a much stronger squad than sell him for such a nominal fee at this stage

He's better rated, and has better underlying stats, than your 62-rated £200k MF. He's likely to see game time this season so £25k does nothing for me.
