Probably leaving this far too late, but we've done it a few times in the past

Rules are simple

Pick a team that you think will win this weekend. If the team wins, you continue through to next week, if they lose then you're out of the competition.

You can only pick a team once in the season, so if I picked the Packers this week, I would not be able to use them as my pick at any point this season
