Tapping it then kicking it out jsut seems a bit negative and looks like they dont want to try play. Very un-Fiji
Because they were knackered.

The Rugby Championship should sign Fiji up. If they were exposed to this level of competition regularly they would be a match for mos of the top teams in the world.
Only ifother countries stopped nicking their players thoughWorld Rugby sort out their rules and support smaller nations instead of lining their pockets with cash.

Re: Wales v Fiji
I think Wales are back on top of things now, if they continue to play it tight then they will win. They are much fitter than Fiji as well and more disciplined

Re: Wales v Fiji
Wales will win, no doubt about that but how good could Fiji be if they had more support?

Re: Wales v Fiji
I don't think Wales will be comfortable. I think fitness should tell and they do seem more in the game defensively now. Wales by about 8.
Hopefully.

They are also more disciplined, more professional, but good to see Fiji pushing them, rather than just another mind numbing 9 tries to nil.

I predict a 15 point Wales victory from here
You are probably correct! Some late tries will gloss over how hard the match was

It'll be close if Garces continues to negate our strengths in the maul and breakdown. He crippled us in two previous matches this year, not sure what his deal is.

A lot of crooked lineout throws in this world cup so far.

Forward pass? Jeez if Wales did that this place would be going nuts.

Re: Wales v Fiji
These forward pass checks are fine but how far do you go back in a passage of play as every ball moves forward if the passer is running.

Fiji are right back in this now, but can they stay in it for the full half?

Clever play to put himself between Semi and the support runner. Great nullifying tactic.

Can we finally put the James Davies myth to bed now. He is nowhere near the best open-side in Wales.

Biggar needs to be careful, the Ref shouldn't stand for it. Speak to AWJ about it please.

How comes Garces didn't give us the penalty try for the third scrum in a row in the first half???
