Krul was magnificent yesterday, but Norwich still fell short. Chance missed.
Still hope one of the less usual clubs will win it this year.

Toon were embarrassing. Without Shelvey and Ritchie, we had no technicians to supply Carroll and make the tactics work. No surprise with the eventual outcome, given the gigantic difference between the two squads.

I think suggesting we had any sort of tactics is laughable, John.

Terrible ref Anthony Taylor. Yellow for mount in first half was awful and the sending off is a shocker.

Re: FA Cup QF
Thought Chelsea were very unlucky. Kovacic shouldn't have been sent off (unless the second yellow was for dissent/something in the melee), Christensen looked like he was fouled in the lead-up to the second Arsenal goal, Pedro should have won a FK just outside the box just before the end, numerous other 50-50s went Arsenal's way. Would like to have seen Martinez's possible handball outside the box again, though I think that was a good call.
Overall, both teams were pretty poor. Not one to remember. Wolves should be relieved they're not in Europa and that their season doesn't get messed up by the Thursday/Sunday routine.

Chelsea were unlucky with the decisions but arsenal were just a level above. Work for Frank to do, because Chelsea look lightweight in their own half of the pitch

Leicester outstanding and deserving winners. Chelsea need two cbs and a proper striker

Ugh, VAR nonsense to decide it.
But Leicester deserved it (fifth time lucky!), fantastic strike from Tielemans. Chelsea played not to lose and froze.
Also, just to add, Tuchel may still end up with very little despite the obvious improvement he's made since Lampard left. Lose to City in the final, lose to Leicester in midweek, and it's a nothing season for Chelsea. Of course, they could win both games and Tuchel will be hailed as a genius.

Tuchel has done an excellent job but his treatment of Tammy Abraham is a disgrace. Especially when you trot out the argument Kepa has been in goal all the way through so has to play.
Well done Leicester though - great scenes at the end.

Rewatched the highlights today and that was some strike, best final goal in many a year.
