3046 push-ups for 3046 lives lost to suicide

Hi all...

So for the first time in my life I'm committing to doing a physical challenge for charity! Starting on Monday.

This is the Pushup Challenge which is to do 3046 pushups in 21 days in recognition of the 3046 Australians who take their lives every year. In Australia I'll be raising money for Headspace, a charity that provides advice and support for young people with mental health issues.

I'm splitting my fundraising effort for UK people to donate to raise money for The Samaritans, who are in a bit of a crisis just now due to the significant increase of calls they've had due to the pandemic. As such UK people can donate here

Yes! I finished last Sunday and obviously had to chose somewhere scenic for the final 5.
