Re: URC Play-offs
Not a great crowd there for the game, I guess leinster fans don't have the required funds or family time available after the last few weeks
Re: URC Play-offs
I actually think the crowd is quite good given all that's gone on, like you've alluded to. Also less than a week to sell tickets.neilthom7 wrote:Not a great crowd there for the game, I guess leinster fans don't have the required funds or family time available after the last few weeks

Re: URC Play-offs
Bulls have targeted Leinster lineout, they can't get clean ball, it's been a mess and is helping Bulls win this game.
Re: URC Play-offs
Think this one will probably go the way of the Bulls now. Fair play to them. Good for the league.

Re: URC Play-offs
Leinster finally win a clean lineout and go over in the corner, this is going to be a fascinating last ten
Re: URC Play-offs
Caps a fairly disapointing season for Leinster.

Re: URC Play-offs
Thats a terrible call, Du Plessis was no where near being behind the back foot when the ball was picked up, that should have been a Leinster pen and a yellow.
Re: URC Play-offs
Well I will be damned, didn't think anyone would beat Leinster at their home ground. Well done Bulls

Re: URC Play-offs
Bulls are going to the URC final, winning in Dublin 27-26. A great game by the Bulls, dominated the lineout, played good physical rugby and defended really well.
Leinster were dissapointing and caps a dissapointing end to the season for them.

Re: URC Play-offs
Thoroughly enjoyable game and a great showcase for the league. Fantastic showing from the Bulls, Leinster will be sorely disappointed but they still pulled out some moments of magic as they chased the game. Great stuff

Me neither but well deserved by the Bulls. Can only be a good thing for Leinster having more stiff competition in the league. Decent match.

Does this mean the bulls get a home final?

Re: URC Play-offs
I think the winner of the other game will get a home final as they finished the league higher. Might be wrong.
Would love to see Ulster win tomorrow as they have had a really good season.

Re: URC Play-offs
I believe it goes to the highest team from league standings. Stormers and Ulster both ahead of them in table so whichever of them wins will have the final at home.
Re: URC Play-offs
Well either way, great to have a south african team in the urc final in the first season.

Re: URC Play-offs
The difference in quality when Sexton plays is so frustrating. Why cant we find a decent new 10.

Personally I hope it's 2 away wins this weekend but you could well have an all South African final
Re: URC Play-offs
It would be incredible for an all South African final, would give the SA sides credibility for being in the URC.
But if the Bulls can manage to beat Leinster in Ireland, then there is no reason why Ulster can't beat the Stormers in SA

Wow that’s a great/shock result. Well done Bulls. They definitely deserve to have more of their forwards representing the Boks.

Thats a bad call I think, ball was out and he had his hands on it so that tackle should have been fine
Re: URC Play-offs
Ohh Rob, his day is done, won't be making the final if Ulster get there either. Moxham on

Ulster managing the game much better than stormers.
Stormers not looking after their possession and Ulster dominating the rucks

Commisserations to Ulster, I actually think they managed the game better than the Stormers.

Re: URC Play-offs
Both semi's could so easily ended differently, very tight matches, it seems the SA and Irish teams are evenly matched. Next season promises to be very interesting.

Re: URC Play-offs
Fair play Stormers. Absolutely gutted. Think Stormers got a few unfair ref calls.
Have to say, even in your own 22, do you not try to keep the ball in hand with 90 seconds left? Cooney box kicked it and that began an additional 7/8 minutes of defending the Stormers desperate attack.
