Re: France-Argentina and other Internationals
Poor start by Los Pumas with Montoya seeing a yellow/red early on. TMO has not updated the status of the card so far.

Early yellow card for Argentina for a lower leg roll - will be interesting to see if it is upgraded. To me it.was an unfortunate rugby incident, but given it could have led to a broken ankle so perhaps worth trying to clamp down on. Problem is, in the position both players were in Montoja didn't have a lot of options to remove him from the ball!

Stays a yellow, which I think is fair.
France get on the scoreboard. Quite an open and scrappy game so far.

I agree, and didn't seem a card at all.RDW wrote:Early yellow card for Argentina for a lower leg roll - will be interesting to see if it is upgraded. Not looking good for Los Pumas at the moment.

Re: France-Argentina and other Internationals
Argentina Discipline falling apart.
Another interesting yellow where the 7 taps the ball forward then bouncing into touch on the tryline when the french winger was chasing trying to score. Don't think there can be many complaints. If it had been tapped backwards then game on.

Match is losing its energy. Shame...

Well that game was sub-optimal. France was simply a hair better at almost every position. Well, watching from home was still not a bad way to spend an afternoon.
